We ordered three coffees and a bagel. All of our coffees are bitter and i used points to get them. The bagel has maybe a fourth of the cream cheese it's supposed to have. Very disorganized service. I ordered a dozen donuts from their kiosk and the girl kept starting it yo stop it because they kept pulling her away to take another order. It took almost twenty minutes to get my dozen donuts, eighteen minutes to b free exact. Mind you, they were not overly busy. Also, when I got to the meeting, the donuts were completely not what I ordered. Not one thing was right in the selection and the only donut that I did order, I ordered two Boson cream donuts and they gave me four. The manager kept having people jump from positions and it was completely disorganized. The only thing that made me feel like I was in a Dunkin' was the ambiance of the place. Iced coffee just the way I like it, with plenty of milk and not too strong. My husband loved the Apple fritters and the jelly filled are just right. They never have a full menu. I ordered a signature drink on the app. Get to the window and was handed a plain cup of iced coffee. No cream, no foam, no caramel sauce. I asked what is that, it is supposed to have.... Before I could finish my statement the guy said "we out" and shut the window. This I was an every day event last year and I quit going there. I made a post on social media last year and the owner reached out. He said he would straighten it out. I continued to go there a couple more times but after two weeks it was right back in the same sad shape. I had the absolute worst customer service. Deserves a rating higher than its current average of 2.5 for sure. Passing through town, we came in during shift change and there was a new trainee up front; service was still quick and staff were all very nice. Got to see how management handled the trainee, too. 10/10 on that (as someone who used to work food service, I know it's always nice to have easy-going managers). I love, love their coffee when it is pre sweetened and creamed. They put entirely more sugar and cream than I normally would and I'm instantly transported back to being a kid and drinking the stuff my grandpa would make for me. That said, I'm not a very big fan of their donuts. On the rare occasion that we get donuts on a Sunday, I'll drive here as our normal spot (which is a rare occasion too, I might add) is closed. I like the impressive selection of donuts they have, but they all taste like they are old and feel like they have more calories than a regular donut.
