Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Takes at least 10 mins to get through drive through every time.

The coffee is burnt half the time. It's a gamble every time I go through the drive through. The food is simply bad. I got a sandwich and a grilled cheese this morning and both were so hard I could use them as a pair of drumsticks. On the sandwich, I can only assume they used a whole pigs worth of bacon on it. Absolutely ridiculous. Got this trash in my bag and when I went back to return it I was told there was no manager and then that the assistant was there, but couldn't be found. After waiting too long for her to emerge from wherever she was hiding, the cashier refunds my money and only THEN the assumed assistant manager emerges from the bathroom. Surprisingly she is the one that gave me this trash out the drive thru window. She looks up sees I'm still there puts her nose in her phone and goes back in the bathroom. Disgusting food, and clearly trash management. One star is too many. read more

This is the worst dunkin I have ever came across. I placed a mobile pickup and it wasn't even near ready even tho the app said it was. The workers literally could care less. I stand there for 10 mins just waiting for someone to come up to me. One time my friend and I had mobile orders which are near a garage can and while looking for our bag we saw it in the garage can. The worker proceeded to PICK IT OUT OF THE GARABGE AND HAND IT TO US. It was disgusting. The workers are so rude and not professional. Absolutely ridiculous service and corporate needs to either hire all new staff or investigate this location because I am utterly disappointed and disgusted at the staffs behavior. Employees not even wearing uniforms with pants sagging and butt and boxers hanging out like they're gangsters on the street. Not a single person even acknowledged that we arrived and we sat there standing around for 5 minutes while everyone was busy messing around with no interest in taking an order. No name was asked for or number, just food thrown on the counter for customers to figure out who's is who's which is unprofessional. Staff was bantering and yelling at older people being disrespectful and insulting. Staff was throwing food around while preparing it not taking any care in their job or company product. Our drinks weren't even made properly or mixed and we got a horrid sour syrup in our mouth and by the time we got it mixed properly to be edible it was flat because we had to stir it so much. More than anything, service is the most important aspect when I visit a business or restaurant. I came here to grab a coffee and donut and to get some studying done while I was waiting on my boyfriend to finish some business. I got an iced coffee with cream and sugar, along with a strawberry sprinkled donut. Both were great and met the Dunkin donut standard I would expect! I also really like the furniture in the seating area, which seems very conducive for study/work EXCEPT... The music is SO LOUD!!! I asked the girls behind the counter if the could please turn it down, and they said they would have to call their manager. After speaking to the manager, who said she was coming, in fact nothing was done! I was there almost an hour too. To add evidence to how loud the music was, an elderly woman was trying to order and couldn't hear/speak over the loud damn music! I feel this is just disrespectful to the store's patrons, when clearly there are issues being caused by the volume. This store is okay in terms of the food & drink, but the customer service is sub-par. If DD wants to compete with places like Starbucks or other coffee shops, they need to step up the service in locations like this. read more

First time at Dunkin. Customer service left much to be desired and I waited 20 mins in the drive-thru. I thought, "okay, I work in fast food, I understand," but when I got to the window the employees seemed oblivious to the 10+ cars in the drive-thru. They were meandering around and operating incredibly slowly for no reason. When I got to the window, I was given a total even though I paid already through the app. I politely told them I ordered online and they fetched my coffee but forgot my donuts. When I mentioned this they apologized and told me they were out of one of the donuts I ordered. I told them it was fine and requested another one. When they gave me my donuts, my boston creme was upside down and almost all of the chocolate topping stuck to the bag. I was told nothing other than "there ya go" so I pulled off and one of the employees said something along the lines of: "wait did I- oh whatever." The pros? The coffee is incredibly affordable and doesn't taste that amazing (but it's still good) so I'm not tempted to drink it all in one sitting. I'm not complaining. Coffee is coffee. The donuts tasted pretty good too. The cons, though? Everything else. Coffee may be coffee, but as a customer service employee myself, I observed very little effort from the employees I saw. The store always seems understaffed, under-supplied, and underpaid. There seems to be a really high turnover rate (i go once or twice a week), which means to me that working conditions are probably not very good. The franchise owner needs to get their head out their ass, hire more people for heavy traffic shifts, and then pay the employees better wages. That being said, I always make my orders on the App, and then I either pick up in store or pick up through the drive through, because that seems to have the highest success rate. They make mistakes often, but not as often as they get things right if I'm honest. I'm done giving my business to this place. Every time I go here, my order is messed up, they forget something I've ordered, or my coffee drinks are not made correctly and taste awful. Not to mention the mile long drive-thru line that takes ENTIRELY too long. The employees operate at the speed of smell (if you're lucky) and have absolutely no sense of urgency when there are 15 cars waiting in line. You will pull up to the menu to order and the drive-thru employee won't acknowledge you for 2-5 minutes and when you say "Hello?" they get an attitude with you, "ONE MOMENT" in the snottiest voice ever. As if YOU'RE the one messing up because they can't take 5 seconds to say "Thank you for choosing Dunkin'! I'll be with you in a moment!" The employees are a joke, which leads me to believe management and ownership is a joke as well. The entire establishment is a joke. I pray to god they read this too and pull their heads out of their asses and start operating as a normal business should. I will be making a phone call to corporate and filing a formal complaint. DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously. Avoid like the plague. Bean Box is a 5 minute (1.3 miles) drive from here and a MUCH better experience all around. Better coffee, better customer service, fair prices. I've been in this location several times and it never gets better. First, the doughnut selection is awful. Twice, I've stopped in early evening for doughnuts for the next morning and there is literally no selection. Stopped for a lunch sandwich and it took a long time. Even in the morning the doughnut selection is not good. For a restaurant with a 24-hour window, there needs to be doughnuts in Dunkin' Donuts. And every time the staff doesn't seem to care. I originally wanted a wake up wrap but the guy told me they don't know where their tortillas are. Like what??!! So I ordered my next usual thing. An English muffin sandwich bacon egg n cheese. When I reached my destination which was 2 mins away...I got settled at work and went to eat my sandwich and it was COLD!!! Not even remotely warm!!! I've never been to this Dunkin. I keep asking why Galesburg doesn't have a DD. If getting one would be like this they can stay away. This is the worst DD I have visited. There was 5 visible people working who never spoke to each other. It took us 20 minutes to get our sandwich. Customer behind us left for the same reason. On a road trip, we stopped here to start our day off. The line was long as expected because Dunkin is so good. Im upset Butter Pecan was discontinued, but I tried Mocha. Got to window and they gave hazelnut , i corrected them and then they took 2 seconds and handed me what looked like the hazelnut with chocolate sauce at the bottom. When I tried it, all the sugar particles and chocolate weren't mixed at all. I shook it, stirred with straw. Still stuck at the bottom. I also ordered the snackin bacon, which would have been good if it wasn't COLD. My experience was less than even with COVID being a thing. read more

My husband and I get Iced Coffees from this location at least 4-5 times a week.. The staff is SUPER Friendly.. They almost always give us a "Pup Cup" for our Labradors They know my husband well and chat with him when he comes in. The employees didn't have their masks on correctly, and I watched one of them itch her nose and not wash her hands. Employees tried telling me that lobby doesnt open til they do setup its 645am and they opened at 5am. Asked if they could put a sign in window so customers dont get rained on on the start of their day as it was pouring outside. They told me that my doordash app tells me when they open the doors and I told her its says 5am. She replied "I was told it did by another dasher" I showed her the app and asked her where it is she dismissed me and asked me to leave the store. I replied " that said what about your regular customers who have to walk in the rain just to find doors closed trying to avoid long thru" all I got was "take your order and go" customers are nothing of their concern read more

I order the same thing almost every morning and literally every time it tastes different. Employees sit in the back lot and blast music while the drive thru is backed up. Very un professional. I heard an employee speaking ill of a customer who was waiting in the drive thru. Just all over an annoying experience every time I go. Need better employees who care about their jobs. read more

The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star is because the food, drink, and dining area are pretty decent. Every Time I stop by my visit takes forever. The staff has no organization and has no clue what they are doing. They don't know the menu and can't complete a single order properly. Almost every visit they don't have something I've ordered available because they've ran out and haven't baked more. This is absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts anywhere. Went on Sunday, Nov. 24. The guy taking the orders was friendly but not definitely not good at his job. Absolutely horrible at taking the drink orders. He was taking the orders the last time we were there, too. He's not any better a month later. My sister ordered and I saw on the screen he accidentally hit decaf. Got that fixed. Then I ordered the same thing she did. He had trouble with that, too. Then ordered the same thing but hot for my mom and he put it in as 2 drinks instead of 1. Then 1 hot and 1 cold. Then finally I explained very slowly that it was 2 iced drinks and the 1 hot drink and he got it. They were out of 2 out of the 4 winter special drinks. They were out of lids for all the hot latte's. They need to work harder on training the staff. They could take lessons from the Ottawa, IL Dunkin' Donuts because the Dunkin knows how to do it right. read more

I was looking forward to my dunkin treat this afternoon until I arrived at the window. I ordered a small coolatte and pulled to the window. "$2.14" says the cashier. I hand her my gift card and she rings it through and hands it back speechless. She proceeds to stand there with my coffee talking to her friend. Eventually opens the window and leans out sideways to hand me my drink while looking at her friend asking her "What kind of pizza do you want?". I thank the cashier who never looks at me or responds. First time every going to a Dunkin Donuts. My son and I were excited for different reasons. I love coffee he loves donuts. Walking in I was very impressed with the stylish look. Once it was FINALLY our turn to order the girl at the counter was very confused. Had no idea what half the donuts were. Seemed like her first day so not her fault but there was no one to train her or help her through the rush that just continued to walk through the door. I ordered a coffee and hash browns which I could of just went to the end to collect without paying for cause they just asked what I was waiting for without asking for my receipt. The girls handling the drive through were also a hot mess. One of them had her son there and he was running around in the sitting area and she just kept yelling "sit down". I'm a single mom and I always have a place for my son to go when I work cause its unprofessional to bring him to work.
