I was there on St. Patrick's day in the morning. The mat at the entrance was not flat. My foot got caught, and I fell. Every time I try to call the store, I get a busy signal. I've contacted corporate, and they said they notified the franchise owner. I've heard nothing. I've had to contact an attorney to find out what I can legally do to get the medical bills covered. I love dunkin' products, but I don't appreciate that the owner seems to be ignoring me, and probably hoping I'll give up. read more

When the staff is doing "the count" during a shift change, I would recommend that someone take a moment to inform waiting customers that there will be a delay in picking up an order. The perception of the customer, if this does not occur, is that the staff is rude and does not care about customer service. It's just fast food, it's a drive through, waiting is not a big deal but a tiny bit of courtesy goes a long way. read more

The workers here 50% of the time can't get my order right. They've perturbed me a few times when I asked for 1 ice cube to cool down my scalding hot coffee (so that it wouldn't burn my tongue!) but they seemed to think I wanted lukewarm coffee and dumped a bunch in there. Also, I've spent way too long waiting for someone to answer in the drive through, when the parking lot is half empty. I don't know if they are understaffed, or what, but it's a little annoying. However, when my coffee is made for the way I ask, it is very good. I go here all the time because of the convenience and prices. Cheaper and closer than a Starbucks, easier than the Turkey Hill. read more

If I could give this store no stars I would. I just quit working here for many reasons. For one, the people that work here are rude and slow. The shift leaders and other employees stand around talking when there are drinks to be made and handed out. I was also written up for the actions of another employee for something that had absolutely nothing to do with me. This location also has a very long streak of messing up people's orders and people have to wait forever to get their orders. There are employees here that have counted their drawer and they were $60 short but one employee supposedly took $20 out of their drawer and got fired, even though his drawer was not short that night. This use to be a frequent stop of mine but since it changed owners a few years ago the place has gone down hill. Horrible unfriendly people, and way too long to wait for a bad cup of coffee. Plan on killing at least 10 minutes either inside or out and it makes no difference if you go at 8 am or 8 pm. I suggest that you Go next door and get a McDonalds 1$ coffee and be on you way in a flash. read more

If you're stopping at this Dunkin' Donuts, make sure you've added 10-15 minutes into your ride because that's the least amount of time you're going to be waiting, even if it is just for coffee. Every time I go into this one, I know I'm going to be here for much longer than it should normally take. I also avoid the drive-thru line because that's usually a 20 minute wait. The store itself is not that clean and there are always flies in the restaurant. We stop here just before getting onto the turnpike, and every single time we walk in we regret it. Right off the bat, know that you will be in here longer than you would like. Secondly, the staff is NEVER friendly. I have hated many of my jobs, but I would always paste a smile on my face and at least pretend. We stopped in yesterday and the girl that took our order was just plain rude. Like, she made it a point to be rude. Like, got my blood pressure up rude. Each time I've been there - they have been very personable (even when I was just going through the drive-through). I went there for a pumpkin spice ice coffee we asked them first if they had pumpkin and they said yes so we ordered a large pumpkin spice ice coffee with extra cream and sugar we got a medium regular ice coffee NO extra cream and sugar. If I wanted a regular ice coffee I wouldn't be asking for pumpkin. Freaking idiots piss me off I'm pregnant and this really made me mad. If you can't take a simple order you shouldn't be working. Poor management my poor brother and girlfriend got fired for no reason, had my brother cover so many shifts because the manager failed to do her job! There was no proof and false accusations against my brother stealing. She shouldn't be a manger for barely doing her duties as a manger! The worst DD anywhere I have ever traveled. it is the most convenient location for most of my day to day travel and I will never go back. WaWa next door will be where I will stop everyday. They are unbelievably slow and make sure you have all the time to wait for drive thru service and check what they give you before you hop on the turnpike and realize that everything you got was wrong and your black coffee was full of sugar and cream. They need to change management at that location or go to Harleysville and take notes from how they run things extremely well. read more

This used to be an excellent DD but has steadily declined over the past two years. The prior owner was on site all the time and ran a fast and efficient operation with people who were well-trained and friendly. It's now a place that is inadequately staffed with unfriendly people, where it will usually take 8-12 minutes to go in, order, and leave hoping that they got the order correct.
