6:30am and they were open. A smiling girl at the counter took my order, another prepared it and a third handed it to me. I was here for maybe five minutes, departing with a hot coffee, a toasted bagel and a donut. The coffee was prepared the way I requested, even throwing in a couple of ice cubes so that I could start on it immediately. The bagel had spent the right amount of time in the toaster. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. We sat for 30 Minutes waiting for our order when there were several people standing around doing nothing. Then they mention to us 20 minutes later that they don't have any glazed munchkins that we ordered. Also, my drink was made completely wrong. Ordered an iced coffee with almond milk. After waiting 20 minutes and being late for work I Got my coffee and it had regular cream in it. I am allergic to milk protein so my lips and tongue swell up. This place is a joke and went down hill tremendously. read more

Visited this location at 6:40 am No line and store had no customers. Saying that, there was NO excuse for such terrible service. Ordered a specialty coffee. Did not receive what I'd ordered. Ordered two donuts. After waiting quite a while, for my coffee, was made to continue to wait over five minutes then get the employee's attention (two women playing on their phone). Made to ask for my donuts. Which took another five minutes. I would suggest more attention paid to customers and their orders and less playing around. But the worst thing was that after all that time, they had served me the wrong coffee that was less expensive. So I ended up being made to pay for something I did not receive. Has gone downhill. Not sure who owns this franchise but the management of this store is terrible. Coffee is good but when you visit the store at 8AM you walk in to dirty windows, trash cans filled to the top, trash on the floor and sticky spilt drinks on the floor. Wallpaper is peeling off in the dining room area. Also a professional food service dress code would be welcomed. No excuse for this. We have 2 Starbucks and multi Baxter locations for all things Java and more. The owner of this store needs to step it up. read more

This was our first time visiting this location and we will definitely be back! The service was great and the donuts were fresh and delicious! Eight years ago we started a family tradition of heart shaped donuts from Dunkin for Valentine's Day! The kids now look forward to this annual event and they also like to go pick out their donuts! Our family favorites are the Boston Cream, the Brownie Batter and the Glazed Donuts! The Boston Cream is stuffed with tasty custard filling and topped with sweet chocolate icing! The Brownie Batter is stuffed with rich chocolatey brownie batter flavored buttercream and the heart shaped donut is topped with icing! When I asked if there were any other heart shaped options the staff was very helpful and brought out another tray of the Cupid's Choice donuts from the back of the store! This donut has strawberry icing with bling sprinkles and is filled with Bavarian kreme! TheIr Glazed donut is a classic that our family also loves! read more

Not going to lie I only come here cause the drinks are cheap. Tried to call the store about three times and couldn't get anybody to answer because I wanted to know if one of their machines was down because that makes the drink I like because it always seems to be down most often. I want to say there's probably about three or four staff members that are actually nice but other than that most of the staff is just rude. The food and drinks are I don't want to say average but below average as well. I'll describe it as each time I go, I get the same drink and each time it taste different in a way each time. My honest opinion is out of this Dunkin, Baxters and ,Starbucks I would definitely say just go to Starbucks unless you just want something cheap. The lines inside and the drive-through take forever no matter what time of day it is you have to catch it just at the right time if you don't want to wait 30 minutes in the drive-through because once you pull in you're stuck. read more

This Dunkin' location is the absolute worst location I've been at. Do not go to this location, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Sometimes they can be a little slow because of taking care of the drive thru folks. They do have a good selection of donuts and sandwiches to choose from. The frozen hot chocolate is good. They do provide a military, police and first responder discount. The one employee didn't know about the discount but the other did. They also have a few Veteran only parking spots. read more

This is easily the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. Staff rude and could care less. Went 7am for donuts for the wife's bday ask for filled donuts response. We Don't have any, they literally didn't make any FILLED donuts, who doesn't want a filled donut. Called to complain phone disconnected, call corporate line at 7:30am estimated wait time 30 minutes. Went to the Somerset DD. I walked in and water was all in the floor. An employee told me it was coming up through the sewer. Another lady came in behind me and told the employees that the fridge was open and that's where the water was coming from. The employee just said "well." Then, I placed my order for iced coffees and donuts. The girl that took my order was beyond rude. Another girl brought my coffee to me but the cofffees were hot. I told her the order wasn't right and she blamed the other girl and said it was her mistake. While I was waiting for my iced coffee, I noticed the two girls talking on the head sets and looking at me. Another guy that had been working the drive thru went back to where the girls were and proceeded to stare at me and whisper to the girls. I will not be back.
