I have never been a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but I have to admit that this shop was decent. Not too big although it seamed bigger than usual because there were no tables or chairs set up inside. They were doing a booming drive through business, even at 8:00pm on a week night. It was bright and clean. Staff was not overly friendly. The coffee was better than I remembered it. I work the overnight shift as a healthcare worker, and on work nights I go to this location only to get my caffeine fix before work. I go here every night the same time through the drive thru, and I barely have to order anymore, because they know me and complete my order for me, I enjoy that as it moves things along quickly. My coffee is always perfect the way I like it and I'm treated like more than a customer! The general ambiance is very relaxing and friendly. Thank you to this Dunkin for being awesome! read more

I was greeted once I came in by the cashier. They had free donut samples out , but I didn't want to take one because they looked very stale. Or they just looked like they have been out for a while and they just opened. I got a Vanilla Latte. It was made very nicely. However, they are very slow. I'm giving this place 2 stars because there was 1 female employee (blond gjrl) who was extremely nice, but the two others were just your typical girls with "do the bare minimum" apathetic attitude problems. My girlfriend came in and ordered an iced decaf coffee at 7ish pm, not late at all. But they were OUT?? How are you OUT of decaf coffee at 7pm on a Saturday night at Dunkin Donuts?? The girl who took her order was just like "we're all out" but that's it. No suggestions at all. It's kinda common these days at too many businesses. No people skills whatsoever. Terrible customer service! This isn't the first time I've been treated bad, but it is the time I'm choosing to blog. In this case I had a birthday coffee coupon expired yesterday. I asked about it and was a snotty smug look the woman at the counter shrugs and says "Nope sorry" with an attitude and rolls her eyes. Make the drive to Washington or coffeen street to avoid this Dunkin' Donuts. The drive thru is the slowest I've ever seen and my order is wrong 90% of the time. They never have the products you want, especially biscuits. Plus the employees aren't even nice about it. They'll take your order for it and wait until you pull up to the window to tell you they can't make your sandwich. If you want any sandwich on a biscuit, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I used to come here pretty often for my morning coffee but lately the coffee have been tasting terrible and not made the way it is supposed to. Either too much cream or not enough sugar when I asked for it. On top of that, I had a coupon on my Dunkin Donut app and when I tried to use it, they scanned it a dozen times and it didn't work for some reason. They then told me that I had to print out the coupon instead even though it said to show app to employee. I didn't want to hold up the line and argue so I paid for it. The next day, I was at the one inside Walmart using the same exact coupon from my phone and it worked perfectly fine. I wanted to go back and tell them to get new scanner or something. read more

We went at 1103 pm since my 7 month pregnant wife had the craving for donuts , they close at 12 but decide to get rid of all the donuts one hour before they closed, I don't understand why they have a sign that says it closes at 12 but don't have anything available. We just wasted our time driving to this place to find out they stop selling before 11pm. So disappointed and never going back to this place again. read more

This Dunkin Donuts needs to be inspected by headquarters. The standards and practices of more reputable locations have been disregarded at Arsenal street location. The machines are always broken, the service is subpar because the personnel are untrained to standard and don't care about business' reputation. Between the dates of March 29-March 30 2014 they were knowingly selling uncooked products. After bringing issue to attention of employees, they tried to deny it and then after accepting the fact, went on to say that they thought that was the way it was supposed to be. read more

After waiting in line for 10 minutes to order I waited another 25 for my food that's after questioning where my order was after ten minutes. To have the manager basically dismiss me and say they are working on it. People who ordered food after me had come and gone. I then got home to find out my order was wrong.
