Well the lady at the front desk didnt seem to like that and wanted us to do something different. When my husband went to try to explain to the lady why the planned drop of schedule would work she cut him off and handed him his paper work and said she was not going to do this and for us to leave. She refused to help us and said they dont need the money. This is not a way to run a business. I just couldn't believe how nasty and rude she was.

He did not show he did not reply to any emails or phone calls . As of this riding I'm still waiting to hear from him . I have contacted someone else to complete the repairs . As a business owner myself , I can't even imagine treating your customers this way . Do not use this person . I see the good reviews seem to be a year ago .
