The wash is okay but I was charged twice for one wash and had to go through a 2 month ordeal to get…read moremy money back. I paid for a single wash but the gate didn't open. The clerk who was standing there and I showed him on my credit card app where I was just now charged for the wash, told, me to reinsert my credit card because "these things happen all the time, it looks like you were charged but it didn't actually go through on our end." I reinsert card and guess what, I WAS charged twice. I went by two days later and showed them my account and they said they couldn't refund me from that office, they would have to fill put a refund request and send to corporate who would issue the refund. He told me that he remembered the incidence and telling me to swipe a second time. Two weeks later I get a response from corporate saying that "refundable are only applicable under specific circumstances and we are unable to fulfill your refund request." I had to file another claim with by credit card and they could tell that the charges were 2 minutes apart on the same day so they disputed the charge for me this time. "We hope to continue serving you with the outstanding service you have come to expect from Sud Stop team" I think not when it comes to making a charge right. I can just imagine how they cheat the monthly wash club members ...
