I had a very frustrating with tidal wave auto spa while trying to cancel my membership. Due to…read morefinancial difficulties, I needed to unsubscribe, but the process was far more difficult than expected. I first attempted to call customer service, but after being on hold for 30 minutes 5 times on different days, no one answered. I then went in person to a location, where an employee assisted me and told me my membership had been successfully canceled. However, two weeks later, I was charge again. This unexpected charge made my financial situation even more stressful. When I asked about getting a refund, I was told I need to conact customer service, but that the same issue I had the first place, as no one answers the phone. I was also advised to either speak to a manager or dispute the charge through my bank. Unfortunately, disputing the charge would cost me $30 out of pocket, which adds to the burden. Overall, it seems very easy to sign up for a membership, but extremely difficult to cancel it, This experience has been disappointing and financially frustrating. The employee said if I ask the manger for a refund he going to tell me the same thing and call the customer service because they are not about to do refunds.

The crew at Elite Detailing performed a miracle on the interior and cleaned and waxed the outside to the point the car looks almost new and it is a 2008. So I told him that Anyone that tried to purchase this package one day before they decided to stop doing the package then they would have to get a refund. I told him that was very poor business practice. His partner in the background yells out "hang up on that MF" expletive. This has to be the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with in my life. I can only imagine what their work would be like. I'm actually glad now that I'm not using their business.

When I got there my car was an issue and wouldn't work and my google said it closed at 8pm so we felt bad when we were there like 30 minutes past when it closed but the guys Justin and a guy with brown hair and a mustache were super kind and helpful through it all and getting my car to work and staying so long after they closed and helping clean even though I didn't pay for it. Good news: they did the work, when others wouldn't, and showed me what they did when I picked it up. Bad news: gave it to them Monday, they said it would be ready Friday (5 days, two to get parts). I called Thursday to make sure Friday would be okay, it wasn't ready close of business Friday. They said they would call me at 11 am Saturday. They didn't. THEN: the shop was mysteriously closed all the next week! It was July 4th on Thursday, so I assume it was a holiday closure. BUT: no advance warning, no signs in window, no message on phone. Just my truck stuck up on the lift. They finally finished it 2 weeks later, the following Monday. Guy at desk was polite, apologetic, gave me $100 off, so there's that. Still: they couldn't call me, let alone finish before this holiday closure?? For this work, would have gone straight to a dealer if I knew what would happen.

It was our fault for not getting the quote up front in writing, but who overcharges someone when they took 27 days longer than promised to repair it. The shop never once called us to update us on the status or "hey it's going to take longer to be ready". Nothing. In fact, they dodged my spouse's calls when he tried to reach out multiple times to figure out what was going on. We don't yet know if the repairs were done correctly since we haven't driven the vehicle more than a mile or so yet, but I'll update the review when I know. This was a very unprofessional situation. I would highly recommend no one put their trust in this shop.
