We ordered a building from this company and have had one problem after another. The windows arrived…read morescratched, the electric was not wired properly, there was a hole in the side of the building when it arrived, and they did not send keys for the locks. When we contacted the local branch about fixing the electrical work, we were told their electrician had Covid. We fixed the electrical work ourselves. A few months later, all of the doors and windows started leaking when it rained, making it impossible for me to use the building for its intended purpose. We contacted customer service and heard nothing for two weeks. We reached out again, and they took days and days to respond, ultimately stating that they take 4 day weekends each week and are not available Thursday through Monday. They then advised that since we have finished the building out that they have to go through corporate to get permission to solve the problem. A woman named Maria advised that the crew that would be sent to fix the problem has Covid and then hung up on me. Meanwhile, I have paid $9,000 for a building I cannot use. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I recommend looking elsewhere for a portable building.

I…read moreinformed them the rain made the road nearly impassable and perhaps for the sake of the delivery truck and driver safety it would be better to wait until the road dried. When the roads did in fact dry no such delivery was ever attempted based on their own delivery issues and over bookings. After more promises and unreturned calls a final discussion with their dispatch rep concluded with her hanging up and issuing me a auto generated refund receipt. Further more they claim as of today to have refunded my money. No such refund exists and I still await settlement with my credit card company, where in fact they make such a claim, as well as with the Better business bureau. To bad there are companies like this who would perform and treat their business so un professionally. There are many other portable building suppliers. O could only wish I had looked elsewhere.
