This company has the worst customer service in the United States. You cannot even purchase an item…read moreuntil you leave a message and they call you back in a few days. Is this a front for a third world country franchise? Forget getting a refund. After emailing them, you get an email back telling you they will call you back a few working business days from the date you left the message. Do not get suckered into buying anything from this firm. You will get burned. I purchased a rug a month ago for $1,000.00 which is falling apart and I cannot get an answer. This company will be prosecuted in the future, no doubt. It looks like a humble down home store on the website, but there is no one really minding the store.

On the same day we found out the item wasn't available, we ordered a new rug and paid for it. Today, we get an email (about 6 weeks after ordering) that the item is out of stock. We've wasted 3 months to get nothing. I would not trust this company to fulfill an order.

Oh My Goodness!!!!!! The 3 pieces sectional was BEAUTIFUL in the store, but not nearly as beauiful…read moreas it is now, sitting in MY livingroom...... .I found it in (probably) less than 5 minutes, which still amases me. I've been store shoppng, online shopping, for months now. I knew what I wanted, but no pace had it..... That was........until yesterday....... Everyone is sooooo nice & sooooooo helpful. They stood there smiling, as I yammered away about the remodeling that we are in the middle of..........(Bless Them Both.......lol). The lady that was there, gave me a GREAT 'set up' idea, for my new sectional, which helped me out ALOT!!!!!! Then I found the perfect bedroom set for my 4 year old son.......... *****BASEBALL****** It is so cute, but not toooooo cute & they also had a ' baseball chair & footstool'. The great thing about this bedroom set is- It will grow with him- I'm thinking that I'll pay my 10% deposit/down payment, sometime @ the end of next week, put it all on layaway, then I still have 60 days to pay it off.............. Oh, did I mention that just about everything that I looked @, was priced reasonable & they do deliver. I don't want to forget those SUPER nice delivery men (Bob & John). They came out in this 'flood', to bring me my livingroom suit. They never acted like it bothered them at all. Come to find out, one of the gentlemen, used to work with my husband's uncle.......small world.......Even though it was pouring down outside, those men made sure that my furniture didn't get wet or dirty.
