They won't return my father's calls, and they've even gone silent when contacted by the attorney we were forced to hire because of this mess. This company does not provide full service. They take your money, leave the job unfinished, and then disappear when you try to hold them accountable. My father will have to pay another tree service to remove them. They completed the job of cutting overhanging branches and removing a group of six medium size trees all close together near the front of the house. They also cut a thick branch that was leaning toward my neighbor's house, although it was not dead, but just in case it fell in the future. Steve and worker Rodney did a great job and cleaned up when finished. The price was reasonable for the four hours they worked. I would hire them again.
