Note, the tree that fell I had been eyeing for a few years, thinking I should have it taken down. Well, the weather took that decision from me as I waited too long. John returned my initial call promptly, came soon thereafter to provide a reasonable estimate, and showed up on time on the scheduled date to remove the tree. In particular, they paid special attention to our prized Weeping Willow, which had sustained severe storm damage. Bartlett trimmed a serious limb from an oak on a neighboring property and it the process flattened an entire garden on my property. It was obvious they couldn't tell the difference between scrub and shrubs, result is a serious loss for me. I cannot recommend Bartlett. They completed the job of cutting overhanging branches and removing a group of six medium size trees all close together near the front of the house. They also cut a thick branch that was leaning toward my neighbor's house, although it was not dead, but just in case it fell in the future.
