It took them three tries to fix one cam position sensor and other problems they "found". On the third trip they claimed my radiator was leaking and wanted well over a grand to replace it. I refused that repair and drove it home to Roscoe. Upon getting home I inspected the radiator and couldn't even find a wet spot. Zero loss of coolant. Again, watch them like a hawk or better yet, avoid them altogether.

I feel like they took advantage of us. Why should we have to pay 1200.00 dollars on a vehicle we just bought from them? We will never purchase another vehicle in Snyder again. Very unethical! They sold us an SUV with a fatal flaw in it. After two years of driving it, they…read moretold us it couldn't be fixed and made the remark that usually it didn't come up until after you reach 70,000 miles. In other words, they knew it was going to happen. To make matters worse, we had a sick child that I was driving to the hospital over an hour away in the middle of the night. If the SUV had broken down, she would have died in it. Then they pressured us to sell the SUV to them (because they said no one else would buy it with the flaw) and buy another from them that was way too expensive for us. They used the tatic that if we didn't do it immediately, we would be stuck with an unfixable vehicle that "mind you" THEY SOLD US KNOWING IT WAS GOING TO EVENTUALLY BE UNFIXABLE!
