Talk sticker shock, there was just a few dollars difference between the two but I couldn't believe how expensive windows are nowadays. My wife said try G&G Glass, I did and the next day Gus came and got the measurements, the next day gave me an estimated cost and in 5 weeks the windows were delivered. They replaced 10 windows in my house, double pane, tinted, damn nice windows. In one day they replaced all 10 windows and cleaned up any debris from the job and hauled that and the old windows off too. I was leery about their estimate since it was $10,000+ less than the companies you see advertised on Facebook or TV. We are 100% satisfied with the windows and service, I very highly recommend G&G Glass if you're needing windows replaced.

During a road trip from Arizona, our older Jeep Cherokee broke down in rural Texas. Two mechanics at other shops in the surrounding area had already looked at the Jeep and admittedly said either they could not figure it out or weren't able to fix it. This left us with no choice but take it to a dealership on a Friday in a small town. Let me say that this was a scary proposition for out of towners with dealership trust issues. Wesley, the service manager we worked with, was amazing. Very professional and very courteous. He assured us that we were in good hands. They properly diagnosed the car and gave us the news. He made several calls to get the needed parts but it was gonna take a couple days to fix. Great. Stranded. In Snyder, Texas. Trip ruined? Wesley wasn't having any of that! He got us a loaner vehicle so we could still make our time in the area a fun experience. We were able to get our car back on the road and get back to Arizona with good memories and not bad ones. When we were in the lobby I read the display sign they had on the table. It talked about how they do business (see attached photo). What stood out: "We do the right thing without respect to profit" At first I was skeptical. Just words on a page. Does anyone ever believe that anymore?
