He promised to start with the floor but left one guy all day who tiled the wall instead -- completely wrong. The waterproofing was skipped, and the shower floor had to be dug up and redone. Worse, this person wasn't even on Edgar's regular crew -- he just found someone to fill in because he didn't have enough help. The guy did a great job, carpets look new, however the quote was only 1/4 of the actual cost. I will watch and see if these spots bleed back through. There is supposed to be to be a 30 day guarantee (I wonder if it's really free). I called their office to let them know how unhappy I was with the quote being so far off and was told they can't see my carpet therefore additional steps may need to be done. I have never had a quote to be this far off. No real explanation and certainly no apology offered. For this reason I won't be recommending them to family and friends.
