The guy did a great job, carpets look new, however the quote was only 1/4 of the actual cost. I will watch and see if these spots bleed back through. There is supposed to be to be a 30 day guarantee (I wonder if it's really free). I called their office to let them know how unhappy I was with the quote being so far off and was told they can't see my carpet therefore additional steps may need to be done. I have never had a quote to be this far off. No real explanation and certainly no apology offered. For this reason I won't be recommending them to family and friends.

This work took over six months with many delays and re-dos. Now, only 3 years later, the shower floor is leaking. The subcontractor was Vadim Zolotnyuk, VZ Precise LLC. As soon as the damage was detected (June 2025), we contacted Great Floors and are advised they only provide a 1 year warranty. One year on a complete shower remodel? A shower should MANY MANY more years than this! The estimate to repair is more than $7,000 because the subcontractor also took the extra tile and of course it's discontinued. Our entire remodel cost well over $30,000. Customers should expect better treatment than this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
