Brittany essentially won the business for College Hunks by answering all of our questions (and there were a lot) and being very responsive over the course of a couple of weeks. The team that moved us was Demetric (lead), Emanuel, Amaris, Michael, with help from Brittany. Prepacking was done on a Monday, and the actual move on Tuesday. The original plan was to move everything to one location, but after arriving, my wife determined that some of the furniture wouldn't work and asked if it could be moved to storage. The day started at 8 AM and did not end until close to 8 PM. This team worked hard from the time they entered our home we moved to our new home. They were kind, professional, and courteous. I later met the owners of the local franchise when returning some blankets. The team reflects the owner of the business. I have no doubt that you can find someone cheaper to make the move. But I doubt that you will find the 'value' that College Hunks offers. They cared for our things as if it were there own and did so at a reasonable price.

She told me it'd be ready in 2 weeks and wrote the pick-up date on my ticket. I came to pick-up 2.5 weeks later and she hadn't even started. She then tells me to come back tomorrow and she'd have it ready. I should have known then my stuff would be destroyed and rushed and just taken them w/me and left. I decided to wait 4 days because surely if you quoted 2 weeks prior it wouldn't be done overnight. When I come back for pickup she rushed me and tells me not to take the comforter out to examine it and to trust she did it perfect for me (My mistake, should have NEVER listened). She didn't even take the time to align them evenly and then didn't split the half to be on BOTH sides of the other, she just sticks the half on one end. Im so disappointed in myself for not checking behind her and paying for this botched up job!!! I will NEVER ever ever go here again.
