It's a Saturday morning about 10am. I need to get used tires that I have mounted on my truck along…read morewith disposing of some tires that were dumped at my place of business. I pull into their lot, 1 customer in the waiting room, 1 pulled along with me, but otherwise their lot is empty. An employee comes to the desk and almost immediately I am given the feeling they dont want my business (two hours before their posted closing). He comes out to my vehicle to see what I need done. Move a wheel from the back to the front, replace tires on the two rear wheels and the spare rim, balance the 2 wheels that will go on the truck and dispose of a total of 7 tires. About 45 minutes of work. He tells me they will be with me in a bit. Another guy comes out asks what needs done, then asks about the loader tire in the back. I plan to take that to the place that mounted it backwards so not a concern of their's. He say we'll why dont you go there... I never asked how much money to get it done. I assume around $150, didn't care just needed the work done. Even offered to take the wheels off the vehicle for them so that all they had to do was mounting and balancing and taking the old tires. No they did the want my business. They didn't want my money. I am amazed at how poor the customer service was and the poor attitudes that came from the 2 individuals working. I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 years. This includes retail, tires, auto repair, and construction. I have been at all levels from laborer to upper management and even ownership. I would never have individuals like this work for me. And I will never give them a chance to earn my business back. If you are reading this, it means you are considering giving them your business. One, thank you for taking the time to read my review. Two, please reconsider a decisions to go here. They dont deserve your business. And three, do like the last person I talked to recommended. "Go to Coshocton Tire" or anywhere else for that matter.
