Was told I could finance through Woodsfield Savings with a no fee, no prepayment penalty loan…read more When I paid off early I found out that they had snuck $315 in fees on the loan. $275 was for prepaid interest and another $40 for insurance. I should have caught the $40 as it was listed in the total amount financed, but the $275 was not. I made the mistake of rushing through the paperwork as it was close to closing time and I trusted what I was told from what I thought was a trustworthy local business. When we called to ask about the fee they said it was an application fee charged by the bank. Very deceptive. If I had been told about these fees when I asked I would not have wasted my time and money on Woodsfield Savings loan.

He said no it was only engine and transmission issues.. That these repairs are on me.. Thanks.. Just dropped 9,500 on this car and now about 300 more in repairs to get it road worthy..

Jeremy refused to tow my vehicle back home (blamed his boss) and left me stranded in the dark and alone with my inoperable vehicle. Before Jeremy left he told me to "please lock your doors, this is not a safe area". I then had to call AAA to use my last tow for the year just to get home and my vehicle still is not being repaired at a shop. I had to file a dispute with AAA to hopefully get my tow back.

He dropped the jack, climbed in his truck and drove off knowing he changed a flat with a flat and was gone without a word. When I called the company I was told by the owner... not his problem, he's not paid to do anything else and at the end of the conversation I was told by the owner when I told him I would rate his business negatively, he laughed... said "go ahead" and to "fuck myself". THE OWNER! If you use this company, expect to deal with PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This wasn't the first time this company had issues. A few weeks before I had a car picked up at my residence to be towed to have repairs done. A different driver pulled in, backed up to a completely different vehicle and started to load it even though they were sent the year, make, model AND COLOR. You'd think being in a business working with vehicles, they'd know the difference between a Camry and Corolla. If not, the color difference should give it away. Just unreal!
