The roofing crewdid a great job considering delays of snow and extreme cold and didn't leave trash all over the place, they cleaned up every day they were there.  The window crew was next and boy what a difference:  new windows!  No nasty old moldy sills and caulking.  We figure we saved a bunch of money having Techniques replace the windows. Then the biggest deal of all:  new siding.  We can't say enough about the job done by Rick, Jeff and Scott.  The attention to detail and correct measurements made a spectacular difference  to the house.  The colors are perfect and even better than we expected; it's gorgeous and exactly as we envisioned.  The neighbors are impressed! Once they had corrected the initial problem, I had plumbers fix the leak, and then this went back to them to fix ceilings, walls, etc. this is where things got murkier. It now became very hard to get anything scheduled, certain people would not return phone calls and if they did it was DAYS later. It was as if their bread/butter was what they did for the first part of our problem and then couldn't care less about the rest. Ultimately we ended up fixing the walls/ceiling ourselves. I can't say I would or would not recommend them. If you go with them, just be ready for at some point for there to be a break-down in communication and for you to be doing a lot of the calling/emailing them to get answers.

Then the plumber will come back to fix after their assessment. Cleanup came out within a couple of hours, opened up the ceiling and properly disposed of all the soggy boards. They placed dehumidifier and fans to dry out the affected areas. They returned after 48 hours to check with the moisture instrument to make sure all was completely dry. Then all the equipment was removed from our home. All was completed in a timely matter. Communication was great thru every step. They always arrived on time. Great employees and a great company.
