During that time we had several leaks and the crew leader shook it off saying "I have insurance" as if to say "not my problem we cannot keep a schedule or install roofing correctly". Mike had also promised some "gift cards" to make up for the inconvenience (never saw them, was happier to see the crew finally leave).
