The front desk assured me they could do the style and asked me to provide a reference photo when dropping him off. I did exactly that, confirmed with them multiple times, and even told them to call me if they weren't able to do it. They reassured me it would be no issue. Fast forward to pick-up--I was absolutely horrified. The haircut was nothing like what I asked for. It looked like the groomer completely ignored the reference photo, and worst of all, they didn't even bother calling me to discuss alternatives before butchering my dog's fur! I've posted before-and-after photos, including the style I requested so you can see for yourself how much of a disaster this was. The amount of hair they chopped off is shocking. The haircut I initially requested which Aloha agreed to. I won't be returning for grooming services, and I do not recommend Aloha Pet Resort & Spa if you care about how your pet is groomed! P.S. The photos are not displayed in the proper order. The images of the dog being groomed is what Aloha agreed to make him look like, the images with long fur laying down is what he looked like prior, and the images of him standing with short fur is what Aloha gave me.

My dog passed the eval, I took him in for two days of day care before boarding for a week. They sent me daily picture and text updates during his stay and also did a spa day. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and super sweet. Definitely recommend for day care, boarding or grooming.

Ever since I have taken Macho to Cedar Heights Pet Clinic my pet receives the greatest treatment. Macho goes there frequently for bathing because he loves working with the vet techs and the groomer. The other is scarred and she has severe depth perception problems. Kelly admitted liability 4 times and twice said a check was in the mail to cover the Vet costs. On my 6th visit she handed me $100 and told me to get a lawyer. If you check facebook and yelp you'll see lots of cleansing, that's posts and comments that don't match. And his leash and everything else smells as well, they even returned his bed back to me soaking wet? I was appalled and felt awful for bringing my poor dog there. The first time he came back to me that way I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but the 2nd time... No way. They're very inexpensive, but maybe there's a reason for that... I don't think I'll be bringing my dog back there again.
