They quoted me a price range that should cover the variance of clean levels needed. I had set a time and had to reschedule for the next day giving more than 24 hours notice. They arrive to the job call me and before even talking to me further they send the carpet cleaning crew away, change the range from a high of 400 to 700 and say the date that was set was to be rescheduled. I had tenants arriving that evening. I wanted a nice clean home for them. My call got disconnected and tried calling back. I texted inquiring if they didn't want to do the job can they please let me know if they put the lock box keys back. No response. A professional approach would have been calling and telling me it's a bigger job than we thought, we can still do everything today but the price is going to be higher, not just cancel the crews completing the job before contacting me and saying we aren't going to follow through with your appointment reschedule. I had to pry a family friend away from a Father's Day celebration because I myself was with my Father and I was deploying in a few days and hadn't seen him for years. Horrible experience. It's okay to charge more, but, don't just cancel the whole job, charge more then say reschedule.

I hired My Family's Hauling to move me from Knoxville to Nashville. The owner Josh and one…read moreadditional worker showed up and took over 6 hours to load my 2-bedroom apartment. It got to the point that my two friends and I had to help them just to move the process along. Upon arriving in Nasville I found that 6 pieces furniture incurred damages, which totaled over $6,000 in damages. By the time they were wrapping things up it was 10:30pm (they started at 8:30am). The owner Josh went to his truck for once last sweep, and I waited and waited for him to come back to wrap things up and give me his insurance information. I finally called him, and he had dashed the seen! He rudely left, leaving my keys in the door, without giving me his insurance information. I have reached out to Josh a number of times to get this resolved with no response. I had also hired them for junk removal, and I later discovered that they had left my headboard at my old apartment complex. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

The cleaner called me later to let me know her previous appointment was running over time, and the two appointments she had were scheduled too close together. At that point she told me she'd be arriving in 45 minutes. I waited nearly 2 hours before she finally called me back to tell me she'd have to cancel the appointment. This appointment was made in anticipation of company coming over and it's put me in a tight spot to get everything ready. Had I known this would happen when I booked, I would've changed the timing of my appointment or gone with another company. This gives me no room to adjust, and I left work early for nothing. The cleaner seemed nice enough over the phone. She was apologetic, but there seems to be an egregious lack of planning on the administrative end of this company. Be careful booking with them. I would think twice if you have any time sensitive cleaning needs. Edit: Never in my life have I been called so fast after leaving a review. I only wish it was a positive experience. The gentleman who called started by asking to explain what happened. After doing so, I was verbally berated for leaving an honest review of my experience. No apology, no accountability. He didn't seem at all interested in offering solutions to the situation. He did seem very interested in the fact that I DARED to leave a negative review. Avoid at all costs.
