He left the carpet more wet then past cleaners, and after a few hours, I noticed the carpets weren't cleaned (seems to have just been water, no chemicals / soap / cleaner) - the minor juice stains on the carpet remained, and the staircase was more smelly then it was before. I called him and he said everything was clean, that he has been doing this for 20 years and that he has no complaints.
