I learned after inquiring about dirty baseboards, floors and corners that they do not move furniture, and only use a swifter to "mop," and vacuum around things. They broke a shelf on my walls requiring drywall repair, left workers jackets behind for several months, and the workers did not speak English so conversing with them to give attention to areas of concern was difficult. Appointment times were often changed and they appear to have significant staff turnover which was concerning to have strangers repeatedly in my home. A loved one also used their services and was very displeased with their cleaning, especially of floors and stairs, to the point that they terminated services. Their toilet paper flowers are adorable, but not enough to salvage this otherwise poor review.

My daughter has two little ones under the age of two; she and her husband both work full-time jobs and have a lot on their plate. So housecleaning can be challenging, to say the least, with two little ones and a dog and full-time jobs. So when we found Luciana and her dream team, she and her team were a godsend; they did a deep cleaning. It looked sparklingly clean when they were completely done, it looked like a brand new home.
