There are multiple studios for classes, cross fit areas and equipment, a nice free weight area and tons of cardio and Cybex machines. It's a laid back, welcoming, clean facility with a mixture of clients that range from young to retirees. Other gyms can be intimidating, lots of people trying to impress each other, trying to date each other, being brutes. The work out company is different. It's a community filled with locals who love fitness, from casual exercise to intense weight lifting. People greet each other and talk to each other, as a community should. In addition, the work out company supports our special needs residents through work experience. This place has heart !

These women really get me motivated to work out, and do things I don't really want to do. But after I do them and the classes I feel so much better and want to do better in my life. Dafne is a wonderful person, shipment of energy and makes a great leader. All of the women that instruct the classes are awesome because they all have a lot of energy and they know how to explain the moves in a way that you get the hang of it. The most important part about the gym, is that there is no judgment. You don't feel like you're being watched, or judged on how you do the moves compared to someone else. The instructors are easy to talk to if you need help or to get the form down to prevent injury. These ladies are looking out for you without embarrassing you. The trainer, Nicolette is great! When I did some training with her, she explained why we are doing the exercises, which really helped me understand why I was doing it! It made me enjoy going to training instead of dreading it.

After she looked for his reservation for several minutes she said he wasn't signed up, this is after we showed her the receipt email and confirmation, and that he wasn't there 30 minutes before so he couldn't do the class. So at 9:07 after she took several minutes not finding his reservation and she said there was plenty of room in the class he could not do the class or the next one for the Day. Is that how you get new members? Is that how you treat customers? Unbelievably disappointed. He will not be joining. I called to ask the girl at the front desk to have her manager call me. Instead of apologizing she argued with me. I really hope I get a call back. I hate that this happened because I really enjoyed coming here when I visited home and the trainers were great. You have lost a member because of this ladies lack of customer service.

When I later attempted to cancel my membership, I was informed that an additional month of payment was still required, which was frustrating given the situation. Overall, I found the staff to be generally dismissive and the overall experience did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this gym.

I was a member at this Crunch for almost a year before I had to cancel my membership due to moving across the country to an apartment complex with a gym. First, they tried to convince me to keep it and switch to a different Crunch gym, but when I explained I didn't need a membership, they had me fill out the cancellation forms. However, they never actually cancelled my membership. When I saw the charges on my card the next month, I reached out to them and provided documentation of my cancellation so they would cancel it. They said they would take care of it. They didn't. The next month, I reached out to my bank to block my card and file a dispute for the extra two extra months of charges. I told Crunch and told them I was still being charged. They still didn't cancel. Fast forward FOUR MONTHS, and I'm getting texts, calls, emails, and voicemails from Crunch every single week harassing me to pay my invoice despite me cancelling my membership and not stepping foot in any Crunch gym since June. Today I spoke to a kind woman on the phone that finally admit they never actually cancelled the membership, and that if I tried to cancel it on the app the GM would take care of it. However, the GM has proven to be largely useless as he is completely unresponsive despite saying he would take care of things in July, August, and September. There are a ton of gyms in the BloNo area. The only thing special about this one is that they scam their customers and seem to have an abundance of incompetent employees. Go literally anywhere else.
