Dusty's Tree Service is extremely efficient and coordinated when they do their tree work. We have had them out on two occasions- first in March 2024 to remove a tree that was diseased, and again in December 2024 to remove several deadheads and a few impacted by the hurricanes. They arrived with trucks, a large lift, a mega claw capable of grasping large stacks of 2-ft rounds, and a stump grinder. The coordination in taking down a tree next to a fenceline, using ropes to expertly guide a branch or section to the ground safely was simply poetry in motion. Not a wasted movement. They ground the stumps into dust, raked and removed all the debris, and left the property cleaner than they found it. Dusty is obviously a highy educated arborist, even took time to walk the property with us, identifying each tree and bush with a detailed description of how they grow, prunings to prolong its' life, and expected life spans. Even during a busy time after a few storms Dusty came over himself when I asked for a quote and actually identifed two other issues we had with trees, all of which he and his crew took care of at a very fair price, all within a day and a half. They very skillfully removed a huge broken branch hanging over our new dock as well as took down a huge tree and took it all away. I HIGHLY recommend Dusty's tree service for the removal of any tree you want removed! We had 3 large oak trees that hung over the house and over the concrete patio in the back of the house. I don't know the lift operator's name, but he is a genius in cutting down those limbs and trees while the crew took care of the pieces on the ground, a log loader truck would carry limbs and trees to the shredder. Very professional service, these guys know what they are doing and the clean up looks like they were never here. read more

made contact with the owner of the company regarding a quote on 7/13. advised that my only availability was on 7/17 @ 10 am. i then reached out again later that day and spoke with the lady in the office, jennifer and she told me that saturday was fine. i told jennifer to reach out to me on 7/16 to verify the appointment and she agreed. i waited until 4pm for a call which i did not receive, so i reached out to her. i got an answering machine , left a message that i was trying to confirm saturdays apoointment and to please call me; no one ever called me back. so here is the issue; i needed to have a few trees felled before the next hurricane arrives, and i am now a week farther behind than i was a week ago. poor business standards, and i hope everyone reads before hiring. read more

Poor communication between owner and his crew as the crew didn't know the job scope when they arrived. Nearly took down a tree by mistake. They threw tons of debris over the fence into neighbors house lot. After I complain Dusty stated that they do that with abandoned lots. They did spend hours cleaning the debris and I paid the estimate in full , I was disappointed in the fact that many trees were left with dead limbs hanging that I'll soon have to deal with. If you hire these people be sure to insist that all debris is to be removed and not piled onto neighbors yard as this company will do just that read more

In response to my request for an estimate, they responded quickly with a reasonable estimate which I accepted. They would schedule the work and call me as to when it would be done. Several weeks later, still no schedule, and they lack even the common courtesy to return any of several calls. Business must be good. read more
