My cousins ordered other drinks and enjoyed them as well. One of them did mention her chai was a little on the sweeter side, but she still finished it. I noticed they have a varied menu and even offered seasonal specialty drinks. The space is big enough for a larger group and also seems like a great place to sit and work or study. This was our first visit to this location. There wasn't a wait at all for the drive thru like the one in West Side. We have never been through the drive thru so we assumed we go to the window to order because the people standing outside with iPads we're having a grand time holding personal conversations and yelling at each other. We were the second car to the window and some girl with a iPad walked up to our window "what do you want to order!?" Like it was such a hassle to do her job. I put my order in and specifically asked LIGHT ICE! Yeah when I got my drink it was full to the mouth opening with ice. Light ice to me means barely any, like how Starbucks understands it to be. For $6 I paid mainly for ice and a watered down nitro brew. I've had much better at other locations. My drink was decent but nothing to write home about or drive out that way for again. It didn't seem like a busy location at all. It was very difficult to find the entrance because as we went through the shopping center to find the entrance was barricaded off, so we had to get back out into traffic and drive further down to make a U-turn to come back to another entrance. I asked the girl for the ALS sticker and she was acting all goofy and unprofessional. When we pulled away my husband said he couldn't believe how unprofessional the employees were because as I was giving the girl my order a male employee was yelling at her. read more

So this was my first visit at this location and let me tell you they are unprofessional and just goofing off. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited while this young girl walked slowly towards me with her iPad and holding a conversation with another employee, so I was confused as to wether she was gonna take my order or not. She finally took my order and while she was doing so another employee was yelling at her to do something else, while she was taking my order!!!. When I finally reached the window to receive my order I asked for a Dutch bros sticker. She said oh I'm sorry their wet because we just had a water balloon fight . This place is a playground , they don't take their job seriously at all. If your 13 yrs old then this is the place for you . The drinks here were amazing and in fact it is really affordable, so it was really good! My only concern is the time which is not that long actually but hey they're problably new, so it is ok. The staff are very friendly and kind. Overall, it is a really cool place. Definitely recommended. read more
