No sense of urgency among their employees. Polite but not friendly. Our order took 30 minutes, and they were not too busy. Coffee was good as was their pastries. Recommended but be aware that it will take time to receive your order. 4/5

Wow! I absolutely love this place! Such a cool cafe with the most amazing lattes and treats that I have ever had anywhere! This is not some basic, run-of-the-mill coffee place. This feels like a whole experience if you take the time to sit and take in the ambiance. I Had the chai latte. Im probably doing this an injustice because it was on their specialty menu but i didnt make note of the full name. It was absolutely delicious! Its not super sweet like the chain type but it was full of flavor! I could not get enough of it! It was a moment of wanting to drink it slow and thoroughly enjoy it, but i also didnt want to drink it because i didnt want it to end. The baklavas were a whole other story of deliciousness! Oh my goodness! Again, i was so tempted to get another, but i had just had a big lunch before arriving. Please do not skip on the baklavas. This is a very unique nutty treat that you do not find often in El Paso. Next time ill try the other pastry. I cant wait to come back and try another latte! Absolutely in love with this place!

    Great coffees!

What a great little spot! I love the seating- they have board games so you can bring your friends and play chess, etc while you sip on some delightful coffee. They also have Italian espresso made in a high end professional espresso machine, so they can also make lattes and cappuccinos. I did have the Arabic coffee- I thought I was not as strong as I expected it to be, but it had a great aroma and smoothness. They have a variety of home made desserts- yes I am a crumb cake lover and they had a pumpkin cake version topped with decadent crumbs- delicious! I will Definitely be back and bring a few dates...but not all at the same time

Best coffee I have ever had. I already gave a review on google and just had to leave another after I took a drink of my tiramisu latte!!! YUMMMMMM if you have t gone to this location before you are missing out!!!

What a great place with delicious drinks and pastries. The facility has limited seating and does not seem to be able to accommodate large groups. So it's perfect for studying or a coffee date. Their drinks were delicious! We got an ice coconut latte and a rose water latte. We also had baklava, pistachio cake, and lemon cake. The pistachio cake was marvelous. Light, airy, and not too sweet. I can't wait to come back!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Moca House Cafe is a Yemeni tea and coffee house, something I wasn't expecting in El Paso. It immediately took me back to my time living in Little Arabia in Anaheim, where late-night tea and coffee shops were common gathering places since alcohol is haram (forbidden). These spots were vibrant social hubs where people would drink tea or coffee and smoke hookah late into the night. I'm thrilled to see a similar alcohol-free late-night option here in the city. Moca House Cafe is open until 10 PM and offers a fantastic selection of homemade desserts, including almond croissants, biscoff croissants, honey croissants, rose water cakes, Turkish cakes, and even the viral Dubai chocolate bars. Their coffees and teas are a bit on the pricier side, but the best value is in the teapots, which provide a larger portion meant for sharing. They were giving away samples of their Adeni Tea, which I tried and really liked--it had a strong, tannic black tea flavor with a perfect balance of cardamom and spices, not too sweet. I ended up ordering a small teapot of it, which made for a great experience. Their menu includes a variety of authentic Yemeni and Arabic teas and coffees, such as: Chai Adeni - Black tea with cardamom, cloves, and milk Arabic Qahwah - Light roast with cardamom, ginger, and saffron Turkish Coffee - Rich and bold, a classic favorite Like Tea & Habaq Tea - Yemeni black tea with fresh mint Evaporated Qahwah - Light roast with spices and evaporated milk The space is small, so you can easily overhear conversations, making it not the best spot for private meetings. However, it's great for students who need a place to study since they offer free Wi-Fi and convenient parking. The café does get busy, so seating can be a challenge at peak times. Service was warm and friendly, though there were a few small quirks--like serving drinks on a tray but not providing napkins. These seem like minor kinks that will likely be ironed out as they gain more experience. Overall, I love that Moca House Cafe brings a new cultural experience to El Paso. It's a much-needed addition for those looking for a cozy, late-night alternative to bars, with authentic Yemeni teas and coffees in a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out! 5901 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79912

I got a Medium Biscoff latte, and it was soooo good! I asked the barista their most popular iced coffee and that was one of them. She was very nice and asked about my preferences in a strong coffee and sweetness. This was a good combo, not so much ice compared to other places. They were playing soft Arabic music, I have to go back to enjoy a pastry!

I had the tiramisu latte and coffee cake. Super delicious. Service is always friendly and they offer samples. I try something different every time and every time I have not been disappointed. Wish they had a frequent buyer program! Love this place!

Sandwich bread is baked in-house along with all of the incredibly fresh pastries we also enjoyed. The cinnamon role had a gorgeous crust that hid a moist inside. Cream cheese frosting was perfection. Chiapas Nutella (neglected to snap a picture) was chocolatey, buttery, and topped with fresh pecans. The cream cake was a strawberry crepe masterpiece...layer upon layer of diced strawberries and an almost-savory cream cheese filling. We were warmly greeted and immediately seduced by the lovely scent of fresh baked pastries. While indoor space is limited with only three tables, covered seating out front provided a nice space. Friendly staff brought our drinks and food out to us. We will return to this lovely place.

But depending on where you're from in Mexico, and even the US, your pallet may be different. So, finding a good place can be challenging especially if you're visiting. But, El Prado Bakery takes the cake (pun intended) on some of the best Mexican food in this town. From their pastries to their burritos you'll find great food here. First, they have an abundance of pastries to choose from. You can spend some time just trying to pick the right one. And they are tasty! Their burritos are absolutely delicious! I had the breakfast sausage and egg and it was great! My only issue was it was rolled up the way I am not used to for a burrito. It was more like a giant taco with the edges tucked in. That aside, it was still delicious and the salsa was good too! Eggs were cooked nicely, as well as the sausage. Potatoes were soft and with the beans added, it made for a great burrito! The staff were super friendly! Always welcoming when you walked in. And yes, we went there more than once! Always had a smile and waiting to take your order. Once the food was ordered it came fairly quickly too! Place was clean all around which was nice as well. All in all, this was a great place. Definitely stop by and try this place!
