The 64th location has an absolutely, one of the best top notch crews around. We must start with just one of the morning crew line ups that they have; The day I went in, they had Kalyn at the top of the batting order. Followed up by Allison, Juliana, Rainey, and Bere. It doesn't matter who they bring in from the DH list for other shifts, they all perform very well together as a team and thrive in their environment. The folks At work here really do make it a wonderful place. Every time I go there, I'm greeted by somebody who is smiling and genuinely seems excited to be doing what they are doing. One of the primary reasons that we go here is for the kids hot chocolate that comes with whipped cream both inside the cup as well as with a big dollop on the straw outside of it. It makes for excitement during the entirety of the drinking process! I'm also a huge fan of the depth charge, the shot of espresso in a cup of coffee. It's nice to somehow further caffeinate something that is caffeinated! They have definitely mastered the drive-through concept here, with people coming and going on either side, and doing so in pretty quick succession. They definitely have their craft down, and they do it well here. Today, we haven't had a poor experience, and each time we come back things continue to get better. Would like to know when iced coffee is the norm? Yesterday I ordered two coffees while on break only to be handed iced coffees where you lose over a third value not to mention it was 30' outside why would I want an ice coffee and the only reason o didn't say take it back was because it would have been another 2 hours before I could get another ordered a large vanilla mocha with a hint of chai aka drewish latte and a chai with oat milk also was made as an iced coffee! Plz inform your ladies that a hot coffee is the norm and iced coffee is a preference not a norm! Update: We went back to this store when they were having their special 9 stamp day and with the pressure of staying busy they were nice and friendly. They made one of the drinks wrong and at the window fixed it right on the spot and responded nicely. Then when we drove away and noticed there was another drink that had the wrong ingredients in it (almond milk instead of just the almond flavoring). When we walked up to the counter they apologized and had it remade very quickly. It was a pleasant experience and they did more than accommodate the few missteps during this visit. Take into consideration this was after they were moving 20 cars through their drive thru with multiple walk up customers within the time we were there. read more

Stopped at their store in Yakima near Harbor Fright today. Got a large iced mocha. Asked how many shots they put in it. Was told 4. Asked them to only put in 2 shots because that much caffeine makes me sick. They must have put 4 shots in, because 20 minutes later I was sick. Also got a Carmel maciado for my wife. Told them to add whipping cream, but don't drizzle the caramel over it. And the drink came with Carmel over it. Also the drink did not taste like a Carmel maciado. When Dutch Brothers just had the one store by Walmart, they were incredible. Since they added the 2 additional stores their ability to control quality has failed miserably. read more

A little out of the way but it is worth it. Stop by here when after I went to Johnson Orchards for a pie. I always received great service and friendly smile at Dutch Bros. My favorite drink is the small kicker with an extra shot. Sometimes I want my drink a little hotter than usual but it usually depends on the location. I love love love the kicker!! I order it iced. It's like a creamy, irish cream flavored iced coffee with a caffeinated kick! The baristas here are always so friendly and pleasant. When my son is with me he orders the smoothies, and I have to say, they are pretty amazing if you prefer the non-coffee items of the menu. Green apple is his favorite, but they have several flavors. They seem to be pretty busy but always provide a smile. Great little spot. Plus if you're out on a stroll, they have a little picnic table in front. read more

My definite go to for coffee! They're Always friendly and courteous. The coffee is always made fast as well! They do get busy at peak times like early am and evenings. Either way the coffee is worth the wait. They also have an awesome thermos that keeps my coffee warm for almost 12 hrs. So that's pretty impressive. read more

I've been going here since junior year in high school, getting my morning coffee before those pesky finals. Lol dutch bros is a cool and fun place to get coffee. I always get the iced annihilator with coconut flavor and whip. But they also have other great flavors and unique energy drinks. The staff are always friendly and comforting. I found that it can be a little more spendy but still good. And it's something different from the everyday Starbucks. read more

Before I moved to Seattle this was my go-to-place for coffee and it still is when I am in Yakima visiting with family. They also carry muffin tops which are oversized frosted tops of muffins that are sold individually. My fiancé and I really enjoy the "Kicker" drink & the "Annihilator". I like their straight espresso (or over whip) more than the competitors in the area. I have regulated the place for months and have never had an issue with service.
