Many customers leave tips specifically to show appreciation for the staff's hard work and service, so it's unfortunate that those tips do not go directly to the employees. While I still enjoy supporting this business, I hope the tipping policy is reconsidered in the future.

Haystacks manages this content, it should be accurate or not presented at all. Quiche had a great flavor but came with a very meh spinach pile and potatoes that were in no way "haystacks piles." It was also considerably small, 4oz. Felt like I was eating airplane food. Mac and cheese bland and broken, Hannibal burger was very sweet not balanced. Biscuits were slightly under baked but the jam was delicious.
