The staff was friendly, nice and efficient and even drove us to the nearby U-Haul to get our truck!!! I also learned more about the patriarch of the business, Dutch Miller, a genuine WWII hero!!! Electrical issues since purchase on my certified pre-owned Subaru Outback. I was out of town and heard a ticking sound plus it was running rough on cruise control. My car was kept all day, but the mileage wasn't "documented" on the inspection. The next day it locked up. Devon came and concluded it was the battery. My car was checked in and out within 24 hours. I was inconvenienced 2 days and ignored when I complained about it. I've bought 2 cars from them. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Subaru serviced at this location. They're creative with paperwork and "rules". Yes they're upset when held accountable. Not about the customer, It's about the bottom line. Annnnnddddd, I'm not your typical Subaru customer read more

I went yesterday to help a friend whose husband pass away two weeks ago. I explained the situation and the fragile state she was in. I wanted to take care of everything and she would come in the following day to sign paperwork and drive off the lot. They ran our credit scores, she was putting 20,000 down. Drew up the papers for two cars. After I left I spoke to her and she decided on the forester. I sent a text that I was pretty sure she would go with the forester and we would be there the following day at 1:30. When we arrived the salesman said that someone else was test driving the vehicle. My friend asked if she signed the paperwork now could she purchase the vehicle. She was told yes. We then went inside and as she was handing over her insurance information, the salesman left then came back and said the car was sold before they had come back from the test drive. A little confused but still wanting to purchase a vehicle, we asked that given what had just happened if they could really try and help with the price of other vehicles. Salesman said yes let me go talk to his manager. The manager Taylor Allen then came back acting a little annoyed, said that I looked at two vehicles and there was no way of knowing what was going to be bought (text was sent the night before). Then started to talk about squatters rights on a vehicle.... at which time my friend giggled really mainly in disbelief. He then became aggressive and asked what are you laughing at. He was very defensive and said the car was being test driven by a dealerships managers, daughters, friend. It then became apparent what had happened. I felt he would continue to escalate the situation that was unprovoked. I then said it's time to leave, as we walked out I could still hear him running his mouth behind me. All this being said, this was a unique experience for me. I do not believe this Taylor Allen can be a very good human being, taking the sale away from a grieving widow, for a managers daughter friend. I strongly recommend not using this dealership. I feel that Ditch Miller Subaru administration should know of this situation and that Taylor Allen lost a guaranteed sale today and I'm sure it's not the first. I will continue to reach out to administration to make my concerns heard. And Dutch Miller asked me for this review so only doing what was requested. read more

worst dealership experience i've ever had. Used car was listed with no mention of any issues, upon arrival I was still not informed of anything wrong with the car. Test driving the car revealed a very noticeable idle problem and a stutter/bucking issue under acceleration. salesman had no knowledge of the car whatsoever. a service tech was brought out to drive the car and confirmed that the car had multiple driveability issues including a warped flywheel, idle air control valve not functioning, and spark plug/ coil pack issue. despite not having been told about all these things beforehand and the car not being advertised to have the problems, the price was still non negotiable and the dealer refused to fix anything and expected me to buy the car at full price as is. I even spoke to the manager who told me "that's just how the car is". to add to the joke of an experience, the salesman stalled the car 4 times trying to back it out of a parking spot, not knowing that the emergency brake had to be disengaged to move the vehicle. I had to show him that. again, he knew absolutely nothing about the car, despite the car being on their lot for 6 days. do NOT buy a used car from this dealership, you WILL NOT be informed about the car's issues, you will be forced to find them yourself and when you do, absolutely nothing will be done about it, no matter how severe. terrible example of a dealer. read more

Professional and genuine. They were able to get the work done the same day which meant having much needed transportation. There service is abysmal. I developed engine trouble over the weekend rendering it useless. I had to have my car towed there. Since I work full time could not call them. I had my dad call in my place first thing Monday morning. They took the information down. I had a break later in the day so I called as well and gave the same story and the person said that one of their technicians would get to it on Monday at 1. I had to stop by and pick up the rest of my stuff from my car and followed up with them, still nobody has worked on it. I gave them a couple of days before I checked in again. My father in the meantime had called them and was told that the car had been inspected and one of the crankshaft had been broken and they needed a quote. I was told this and since I had a rare midweek day Wednesday off and had some questions about it. I spoke with Matt the service manager who spoke to him and he told me that he had given information for the wrong car and they didn't know when they were going to look at it, which he confirmed with my father that they were going to look at it today. My dad called about 4 PM and still was not serviced. Since my car is undrivable, I am stuck between a rock in and a hard place. Otherwise, I would go to another Subaru dealer or car repair place. read more

Would've given it zero stars if that were an option. It took them well over two months to repair my vehicle and they did an horrible job. They failed to fix major body damage on the roof of the vehicle which began to rust after sitting in their parking lot for over 60 days. They only replaced one of two exhaust hoods. They failed to identify and repair major engine damage. My car stalled on me and was back in another repair shop with in hours of leaving Royal Auto. Apparently, they forgot to look at the undercarriage to notice a fuel pump dangling by its cord. To add insult to injury, they returned my car to me caked in dirt. Do yourself a favor. Never use this repair shop. read more

I went to pick up my 2016 Outback from the body shop. They had it for 3 weeks. A large part of the passenger side was damaged. I was shocked! It was filthy inside and out. Paint spot on the inside upholstery as well as smudges and fingerprints. I am very meticulous and detail it myself. Some of the parts were not put on correctly like rain guards floppy, door seals not tight, back bumper guard halfway put on, scratches on the hood which the "foreman" denied it was their fault. A small scratch on the "new" tail light. He played it down, but did agree with some things. (I have nothing against young people, but he looked like a high school boy on his part-time job). Hard to tell what the inside doors look like. He didn't seem to have experience with the public. I should have checked the speakers, windows, mirror, etc for electronic wiring goofs. The manager talked to me later in the lobby without looking at the car. He only said what he did when I dropped it off. We will take good care of it, don't worry. It will be in good shape. Long story short, but you get the point. I heard other people say afterwards, "You shouldn't have took it there, as if they would have warned me. Actually ZERO rating!! When I see it for the second time, it better look like new as before. read more
