We did our homework this time. We knew what we wanted. Stuck to our guns and we walked out of there with exactly what we came in for! Sal, our salesman, was extremely professional with a heart for family! We came in with our two very young kiddos, do not recommend, however, Sal was so very patient and informative. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't want and he listened to our needs. After we test drove the vehicle we came in for, with baby car seats installed and all, he gave us his card and number. Sal worked all the behind the scenes details with the financing for us. We knew this was the right place for us. We scheduled to meet the next day, and after a short time, Sal handed us the keys to our brand new vehicle! The process was so simple and straightforward. We didn't feel swindled or rushed. My most recent Volvo is a lease with the Astorg ownership. The paperwork was fast and easy as always whether I purchased or leased.
