New hires were under constant pressure with unrealistic expectations and no meaningful support. Turnover was extremely high--most people hired with me either quit immediately or were let go. I was also subjected to an inappropriate comparison to another employee's performance. Although management later tried to downplay it, the situation was uncomfortable and unnecessary and showed a lack of proper leadership and professionalism. I was only there for a short time and was still blamed for large-scale issues completely outside my control. I would strongly caution anyone considering working here.

She doesn't have an office. She can come to you, but that would be $20 for an in person tax prep. I'm not one for virtual so I agreed to do an in person and pay the extra. I had expressed that I was waiting for more tax documents to come in and as soon as they come in I will send her a message and see if we can schedule an appointment. I messaged her before 1030am on Wednesday the 21st of February. Didnt think anything of it. Looked at it today, I shows she read it but no response. I messaged again and I waited a couple of hours.
