The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

Our solar output immediately dropped by 25% AFTER their supposed fix. They said it just so happened that we needed 9 more panels that went bad at the same time the others were fixed. When the installers got here they said we actually needed 12 panels. They showed us "hot spots" on pictures they took. We had another solar company come out. They said panels almost never go bad. They found our wires were being eaten by squirrels. They fixed the wires and installed a squirrel guard. Solar Ray got our system back in tip top shape. Solar Source ripped us off for $2000. We asked for the manager to call us. He never did. Their "hot spot" photos are a complete scam

We've had non-stop issues with squirrels chewing lines, which is not covered and when we called to inquire we were told "Oh yeah, that happens all the time." Had we been told that up front we likely would have taken a different route. The PVC pipe also burst, and again, was not covered under warranty. Of course the service calls to come out and look at these items were also not covered under warranty, meaning we've had to add insult to injury by paying to be told items are not covered under warranty (which honestly doesn't seem to cover a single item). We just found out that the install also went through the roof with no sealing around it, causing us nearly $3,000 in roof damage/repair. At this point we are considering just ripping out the entire system as it has cost us nearly as much in repairs as we paid for the original system.

Had an equipment failure, not Solar Trek fault, and they got out to my house and took care of the situation and handled all warranty claims for the equipment. I would do business again with Solar Trek and recommend them since they are local for me! The owner even called me after the install to ensure I was a happy customer and asked for feedback for improved customer service.

I purchased a solar system and a whole home back up generator. In my proposal my estimated new…read moreelectric bill was $26 per month plus $130 per month for the solar so basically a wash which I would be totally fine with. Since my solar has been installed and up and running because it did take Clay Electric several months to switch my meter which is not Solar Trek's issue. $206 + $130 $178+ $130 $213 + $130 $202 + $130 $127 + $130 $132 + $130 I also have a home in California with solar and its a little larger and too date my bills are $0 or negatives every month which makes me question the quality of my system by Solar Trek. In December my solar payment jumps to $185 per month so do your homework before you buy. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did a nice job on the generator(generator alone is 4 stars)and they always come out when I call them but I don't think solar is their area of expertise.
