Very nice on the phone, said she would get me a quote over 1/2 a dozen times. Says she will get it done tomorrow, but then doesn't even reply. She is apparently having problems with Progresive but only communicates this when I ask. She clearly doesn't want my business which is to bad because I wanted a local agent to work with. If I was her manager I'd audit her email logs, review her lack of follow up and fire her. But maybe Dupaco all around doesn't need more insurance clients. Waste of time and energy.
