I contacted the office and went on a tour of the home I was interested in. I fell in love the minute I walked in. Buying the home was simple and the office staff was super friendly. They made me feel right at home. I was lucky enough to get quiet, nice neighbors on all sides and have been really enjoying my new home. The only issue I have had in the 3 months that I have been here is that someone took the lock off my shed. Not sure how, since it was locked, but it was gone one morning. Nothing was taken out of my shed. Other than that tiny occurrence, it has been a very nice experience. I hope it stays this nice during the summer too!

We have grown acustomed to poor services in this community. We have requested many times that our…read morecracked driveway be repaired/replaced. They began the work this week. In teearing out the old concrete they only prepared for some of the cracked concrete. Called the office and they stated they was not enough time to replace or money to do the rest of the driveway that is cracked. I have requested that trees on the property be taken care of as a winter storm will take they down to to my home. Come winter a strong storm will have them down.

The owner is a guy named "Joe". This guy's "RV Park" is a fire hazard waiting to happen. Guy claims…read moreto be an electrical engineer, yet ALL his power ports for Campers and RV's to hook up are NOT even close to being up to code. Half of them don't work or are being piggybacked to make other power ports semi operational. Sewer hookups are shoddy and questionable. And water hookups don't all work. Oh, and here's the kicker, if you stay for a month, but need to leave early, ole "Joe" will NOT credit you or refund you ANY of the remaining portion you're owed. Guy is a scheister and a con artist. I DO NOT recommend anyone who values their camper to NOT burn to the ground from the jeri-rigged "electrical" ports. To do so, would put yourself AND your camper/RV at SERIOUS risk of damage or injury.
