My sister in-law used RoWell and the experience was horrible for her. The company used cheap, discounted materials, but charged her for high quality materials. Nothing was done properly. Including zero materials used to prevent weather damage. Nothing was level either. 1 worker showed up for a 2 person job and couldn't install product properly. Also, the final bill was 2 1/2 times more than quoated. She had to hire a different company to not only replace the cheap product, but fix damage caused by Rowell incompetence. Rowell is an extremely dishonest company that does shotty work. Highly recommend finding another company, other than Rowell. Owner also made her uncomfortable when he was at her home. She did say the employee was nice and polite, but couldn't handle the job by himself and left a mess, too. read more

I hired Rowell to fix my subfloor after a water leak from the refrigerator water line went undetected for two years. They replaced the damaged subfloor with higher quality and I had them install laminate throughout the whole house. Very happy with the work 5 years later. I had them install a water softener, too. Very happy with the brand they recommended. They have done random small jobs as well for me. Raising closet shelves, installing towel bars, fixing corner wallboard cracks. I may not agree with his politics, but this is the only place I trust to do work the right way on my manufactured home. read more

I would highly recommend finding a different company to do repairs for you. Rowell did a terrible job installing our water softener and charged us to correct the drain issue. They dont even care that our laminate floor was wrecked because they installed the drain wrong. All said it cost me around $1000 for a $300 job. The lied to me and the BBB after I filed a claim.
