If you are looking for the best closet system for your closets, congratulations! You've found it!…read moreI've done all the research for you - nothing compared to Closet Gallery. They took care of me immediately, even though my home was being built when I called them for a quote. I met with Stacey at the model home (courtesy of Beazer Homes!) about 2 months prior to closing on my brand new home. She listened to all my needs and created a 3D rendering of my fabulous closets on the spot! I took a few days to sleep on it; we made a few adjustments via emails, and I got my amazing closets installed in 1 day, merely 2 days after I received the keys to my new house! Stacey has been fabulous throughout the entire process. She was very responsive and respectful of my questions and wishes. Honestly, ask for Stacey! She is the main reason I went with Closet Gallery for my closets. She will work with your budget and won't rush you if you need time to think about it. They sent a crew of 4 guys to install my 3 walk-in closets and they were at my house from 7:25 am until 2 pm. Super nice and respectful. I loved everything about the experience and I highly recommend Closet Gallery for your next project! You won't find anything better in the area. I tried another company that has a showroom but they were very condescending and never emailed me the design after they said they would. 10 stars for this business!!

Definitely regret making this call. First off- every time I tried to tell Jamie (designer) what I…read morewanted as far as colors go, she dismissed it and told me it wouldn't look good? Then told me she could just sell me the design and I could go elsewhere to have them built?? Wow.. ok. First red flag. Second, I told her I didn't want my countertop covered because they are brand new!! They still covered them and put a board down. When the guys arrived- after installation, Jamie calls and tells me that they no longer offer the textured glass which when signing we agreed upon, as I was told they would match the existing. She then told me they work closely with a glass company and (I) could go pick out and pay for it!? WTF.. I just paid over 6k for a deposit and total over 12k for these cabinets?? More than my bathroom remodel!!! Then guys finished, called me down and said sorry doors not ready.. all I could do was laugh to calm the anger.. strike 3.. when will they be ready.. ? No clue. Sorry. So Jamie contacted me after I had to call the office to complain and send numerous emails, to finally speak with Stephanie who was the most logical but according to Jamie is no one really, just a woman who answers the phone.?? Wow again. Next week arrives. I text Jamie to get updates. She responds, let me get that info by today. Today passes. I message again next day- Jamie- yes I believe tomorrow, ok.. what time??? Nothing. Let me know when you have a definitive answer. Text comes through along with an email confirmation- 11- 12. I confirmed. Guess who arrived by 8 am .. without a call, zip. Good thing I was home. Doors get installed, then I get called down, sorry two glasses broke.., he then drills for knobs and all uneven and has to remove shelves damaged existing panels and shelves and leaves..and speak to Jamie again and tells me- he's been working for us for 20 years experienced. You all look at the pics and tell me 20 years?? I think not my dear.. I told her to stop texting. I have yet to speak to a hire up.. I'm so upset.. this is not worth over 12k I assure you folks.. not worth the stress an headaches..

This was one of the worst services I've ever paid for. I normally pay $200 every two weeks for my…read moreregular cleaning service, but I chose this company because they claimed to specialize in deep post-construction cleaning. I had just remodeled my home and needed dust, wall marks, and floor debris taken care of. What I got for $730 was absolutely unacceptable: * Floors were still dusty. * Inside of cabinet drawers were untouched. * Marks on walls and light switches were ignored. * Even a ceiling mark from new lighting wasn't properly cleaned. To make matters worse, one of the workers was standing on my brand-new countertops in shoes (3 ft high) to reach my 9-ft ceiling because they didn't even bring a ladder or a pole attachment. Completely unprofessional and careless with my property. When I called, I was reasonable -- I even offered to pay $200 (close to what I pay for regular service) since some light cleaning was done. I asked for a partial refund of the difference. They refused and insisted on keeping the full $730. This company does not deliver what it advertises, shows no regard for customer property, and refuses to stand behind its work. Avoid at all costs.

We've never had a cleaning service before, so we weren't totally sure what to expect. It was…read moresupposed to be a little treat for ourselves--but honestly, it went sideways fast. The cleaner said something like, "We'll clean your house, and if we miss anything, we'll just go over it with you at the end." And since we've never done this before, I thought, Cool, maybe if there's something extra, I want done or something small got overlooked, they'll take care of it. But what it really felt like was, "We're gonna do a half-done job and if you happen to catch it, we'll fix it--otherwise, oh well." There were so many things missed. Like yeah, the mirror looked spotless... until I touched the top and it was dusty. Same with the shower--looked great until you ran your finger along the top edge. But it wasn't just high-up stuff. There were bug guts on the wall, dirty handprints at eye level, and dusty baseboards. Just really basic things that shouldn't be skipped. I texted the owner, Jen, and she basically said, "Well, we offered to go over it with you but you refused." And I'm like, yeah--I was already frustrated, and your team clearly didn't know what they were doing if you're the "professional" and I have to point out your mistakes? If I have to walk around pointing out all your mistakes, I might as well have just done it myself. And if I had pointed out everything they missed, they would have been there the whole day. Attached are a few of the basic items that were overlooked. The service agreement feels like an empty promise--they listed a number of tasks that were either not done at all or done poorly. The cleaning team even told me they "spot clean only" and only address areas that look dirty to them. If something doesn't appear dirty, they don't clean it unless specifically asked. One particularly surprising example: the living room TV wasn't cleaned. When I reached out to Jen, she responded that "TV screens are not cleaned as they are sensitive electronics." That's odd, considering all the monitors and TVs upstairs were spotless. Thinking back, I'm actually noticing some issues with a few of my electronics now, so I may need to file a claim.
