First they cracked one of my mirrors which I ended not taking anymore. When we got to the next location to dropped off the stuff, my TV was cracked. Not sure how it happened. After unloading and putting my couches together, I noticed scratches on them with paint marks from squeezing them through the door, bedroom drawers were chipped off and damaged. Will not used them anymore and don't recommend them to anyone. Doesn't seem like they care and just trying to rush to get it done.

I scheduled a move fairly close to my move date and they were able to come out same day for a quote. The quote was very competitive and came with a large trailer. The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time. Brian did a good job coordinating the estimate and logistics, which included getting his crew and truck from south Sacramento to the Bay Area early enough to get packed, back to Rocklin, set up furniture in the apartment and drop off the equivalent of 12 large boxes at a storage facility, all by 7 pm. To do this, he recommended adding a 3rd person to the crew, which ended up being essential for success. On the day of the move, the crew left promptly at 7 am. They communicated on arrival at 9:15 when they departed, but traffic issues pushed the arrival to 10:15. They overcame this with the additional crew member, and were loaded up by 12:30 and on their way back to Rocklin. We found NO damage to any of the items. The entire move was well organized, with a crew that was polite, and personable. We heartily recommend this company.

I used Yelp to get several quotes and I picked Sacramento Brothers because they had the best quote and quick communication. They showed up the day of the move on time and got right to work. The truck was packed before I knew it without incident. I was also leaving a couple things behind and they were thoughtful enough to move them downstairs for me. They showed up at the new place quickly and started unloading ASAP. I had leaf a couple things I needed across town so I left them to it. By the time I got back they were finished. They quoted me a 3 hour minimum and finished just before 3 hours. They didn't try to pad the time at all and the bill was exactly what they quoted me. I'll definitely use Sacramento Brothers next time I move and they even offer a small discount for repeat customers. You should definitely at least get a quote from them if read all this.

I had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. I called and was…read moregiven a quote over the phone of $500-$750. to move my belongings out of a 2 bedroom apartment. This was right in line with what I had paid a different company a year ago, so I went ahead and booked my move for approximately a month out. On the day of the move, the owner and one other helper showed up 3 hours late. He stated he had been, "trying to be a nice guy," and fit another move in before mine. It was pouring rain that day and despite buying a plastic cover for my expensive mattress and making sure it was on and properly sealed before the movers even arrived, my mattress ended up soaking wet. When I asked what happened to my mattress, the owner looked at me and stated, "It's raining." I had other furniture with scratches and the floor in my house ended up scratched, as well. A second helper showed up for the unload. The owner proceeded to unload all my belongings off the truck leaving everything to sit in the pouring rain. His helpers were great, moving things as fast as they could and helping me dry things with towels, paper towels, whatever we could find. They apologized for the chaotic situation. At the end of the move, the owner ended up charging me over $1,000. - twice the original quote. He let me know how lucky I was that he wasn't charging me equipment fees etc. He also suggested I should be giving something "to his guys", which I was happy to do because they were great. I would not recommend this company, but if using I highly suggest getting the initial quote in writing.
