We had a last minute change to our move-in day due to an issue with loan closing documents and were extremely stressed to have to look for movers with less than 48 hour notice and for such a big move with 2 young children to think about. Steve responded quickly and was able to accommodate my request for a Saturday morning move. His team was efficient, kind, and so careful with all of our items. Rosemeri herself was VERY responsive and communicative and flexible which was a plus when we were trying to schedule for her team to come by. So I had high hopes that the cleaning service would be excellent given the good start so far as well as the glowing reviews on Yelp and near 5 star rating. The cleaning itself was fine and her team of two cleaners were on time. However I had two issues. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.

To make matters worse, I ordered samples and specifically requested an 8.5x11" size, when I came back to pick up the samples, they printed smaller version while charging $10 per sample stating that the file was that size. Other companies printed the same file at the correct size without extra charges. Additionally, there was no communication from their team about this issue. As a business owner, I was eager to work with them on brochures and marketing materials, but this experience has led me to choose a different company. The end result was that we paid more in taxes this year than we have in the previous 35 years combined. After reading…read moreMarty's bio, I was thoroughly impressed with his skills and found a Yelp link to reviews on Quality Craftsman (QC). After reading all of the 5 star reviews on QC, I requested more information through Yelp. Marty contacted me within a couple of hours and we discussed my project. I recently moved into a brand new home and I wanted a custom wall unit for my office. The wall unit consisted of shelves, cabinets, and a desk. I wanted the wall unit to be integrated into the wall and appear as one piece. I looked at other companies (garage or closet organizers) and their product offerings all appeared to be modular. After Marty looked at my office, he sketched out the wall unit after taking multiple measurements then produced a quote. The price was reasonable so we negotiated a contract and I made a down payment. We agreed to an end of January delivery and installation date. Marty delivered the wall unit well ahead of schedule on January 8. He did the installation with his helper Nic who was very polite and professional. The installation appeared to go without a hitch which is what I expected from a craftsman with close to 60 years of experience. I highly recommend Quality Craftsman for anyone seeking high quality wood work products such as cabinets, desks, or furniture. I have attached a picture of the wall unit that I now have to decorate. Please note the tight tolerances that Marty and Nic were able to maintain during the installation process. Outstanding work by Quality Craftsman!!!
