I…read moream the next door neighbor from the house that contracted this contractor to repair our shared fence destroyed a storm. I was never contacted by these contractors. I heard the noise and want outside to investigate to see them starting the project. I introduced myself and vocally game them approval to enter my yard to perform the repairs. I was never given a quote or an invoice. When the work was completed several weeks later I investigated again as they we're cleaning up. I found that they replaced more fence that was directly on my property. Replaced a fence that was not damaged, that did not need to be replaced and i never gave permission. Than a week later I received a text from an unknown unnamed caller asking far me to pay up my portion of the repairs. After some investigation I found that this text was from Valley Landscapers. I questioned them via text in which they immediately responded with the threats of legal action unless I pay. Then they sent me an email with an invoice for my half of the shared fence and also the fence on my property. They threatened me that they will have their lawyer place a lien on my house and to contact my lawyer. They asked that I do not contact them. Do not, I repeat, do not trust these contractors. They take advantage of people.

Contatced Sigi with SGC in regards to remodeling our front and back porches at our house in Pine,…read moreAZ. Sigi was quick to respond and followed up with an in person visit within a day or so. We discussed some ideas about my front and back porch and I liked his recommendations. I decided to go with SGC and began in February. SGC had to completely demo both porches and start all over with new footers for both. I went with Trex Decking as well for the proches. Demo was completed the first week in February and his crew began working. Mother nature slowed it down a little bit with some snow and rain here and there and waiting on the Gila county inspector added a few days along the way. The porches were completed in March. I also had SGC tear down and build a new privacy metal fence on a portion of my property. The metal matched the color scheme of my house really well. I really appreciated Sigi's communication along the way. I love the craftsmanship of the porches too. The flooring has a really nice picture framing finish for the flooring and trex decking was used on the railings as well.. I went with cable wires for the railings too and it gives the porches a real nice open look. I would highly recommend SGC for your project in the Gila County area! We just moved into our new home in escalante surprise area, needed both front and back yards done…read more Had 4 company's out to estimate project and decided on Elite Turf, our initial estimate both Shawn and Scott came out, once we decided on them, Scott came out and designed our yard with our input, both times they were on or before time scheduled! The whole process took all of 2weeks from sign up to completion, and by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Great communication all the way through, they even had a supervisor on-site the entire time, spoke English and got the crew lunch everyday and confirmed all aspects of job with us, pretty cool. Again we did front and back, they showed up on time scheduled day around 6:45-7am, took them 2.5 days to complete, amazing, these guys worked their rear ends off! When completed the supervisor's (Efrain and Kirk) walked us through the finished install, answered questions on maintenance of our new yards, again just an incredible experience, seamless, just look at the pics attached and they speak for themselves!
