Come in the next day and had another staff member very good. She called the manager and I could hear the manager tell no returns. I just wanted to exchange it for another or something better and I would pay difference. Manager told her no and to get me out of the store. Extremely rude and unprofessional on manager or owner part. I went to different shop, and they well do returns, and either exchange for same or different one. Also found out they got raided by police not too long ago. All the manager could have done was talk to me. I feel bad for the two ladies that helped me. Maybe a different shop would be better for them. Change the attitude manager and treat your customers better, we are paying for your salary.

FYI... I've never gotten a box of dented tubes from B & R either, unlike some other shops. The staff is always great too! Make sure you ask about and join their buyers club if it's still available when you visit them. After X dollars spent over time shopping, I get a nice coupon in the mail to cover a whole trip for me.
