Their business hours were listed as open till 5. Normally, that means that until 5, I would be able to have someone at least take a look at my issue, not necessarily resolve it, but look... Yeah -- Not here. Kind lady at the desk told me I'd be best to buy some Duck Tape at NAPA and tape the plastic piece on my car up till I got home. Super awesome tow-operator ended up bringing me to another (hole in the wall) place near to here. Guy there asked what the issue was, put the car up and FIXED it for just $10. Got me all the way home with no issues. I trust the previous reviewer had a great experience here... Mine was lackluster. I'd support Harkins over Craig's any day of the week!

They said bring it in and we'll have a look. They worked from late morning until 7 PM the first night in order to fix an oil cooling tube! They had to send away for the part and then made the aftermarket metal part fit the former rubber tube. The team did their very best to get it back together for us so my wife and I could continue our journey the next day. Absolutely top-notch service from Dan and Sam. Highly, highly recommended. They have a five star rating and we will add to that from our experience! Very reasonable prices, too!

I was planning on having Richter & Sons tow it for $250, since I do not have a truck. They even offered to store it for $35/month. At the last minute, my son-in-law offered to tow & store for free if I would let them use it occasionally. A no-brainer...right? Before I even had the chance to call Richter & Sons to cancel, they towed it to their business. I had to call them and ask where it was. It cost me $242.69 for them to tow it a mile or less. Yes, I approved the estimate to tow, but I had not paid the invoice before they towed it. I was really pissed off once I found where they parked my travel trailer. In the mud vs. gravel or concrete. They broke the part you pull out to empty one of the tanks, and how the heck were they even able to tow it when the stairs were not put away. I did not give them a key. The stairs fold up and go inside the RV when it is moved. Rude, no communication, and it's all about the money. Do not recommend this business!
