Lights flickering, signals inconsistent--basically the exact issues I brought it in for, untouched or maybe even worse. Instead of taking responsibility, I got excuses, shrugging, and the classic runaround. No urgency, no accountability, and definitely no concern about the inconvenience they caused. It's honestly baffling how a place that specializes in trailers can't handle basic wiring. If you value your time, money, or safety, don't trust them with repairs--especially anything electrical. Plenty of other shops out there actually know what they're doing. This one clearly doesn't.

He walked her around the lot to check out the options and even recommended we check out a different vendor who may also have something that might work also (who does that anymore). I came back a few days later and we made a final selection. Zero pressure sales. We used our own credit union for financing and they worked well with my loan officer on all the details. The checkout process with Daniel was very thorough and he even stayed a little late since I got stuck in traffic when it was time to pick up the trailer. Overall great experience.
