During onboarding, I was hesitant about committing to credit repair services, and unfortunately, those concerns turned out to be justified. I requested a payment arrangement because I wanted to see whether the company would genuinely help before paying everything in full. While payments were still being collected, communication was consistent and the team appeared attentive. However, once I completed my payments, I went approximately 60 days without receiving an update. It took me reaching out to learn that the person handling my account had left the company and my file had apparently been left unattended. There was no proactive communication or meaningful accountability. I was only given an explanation that the employee left and a promise that the work would now be completed. I also reached out to Louis Quinones, who was supposed to be my primary point of contact. My messages have been read, but I have received little to no follow up or effort to resolve the situation. Based on my experience, the company was quick to collect payment and make reassuring promises, but the communication and service declined significantly once I finished paying. I trusted them enough to send referrals because I initially believed in their professionalism. Unfortunately, I now regret doing so. I hope posting this review finally leads to accountability and the services I paid for being completed.

Liza is unresponsive, not forthright and is clealry not organized to manage clients taxes properly as she has no process to ensure clients taxes are recieved AND accepted by the IRS...After 6 years of paying her for services not rendered, we are stunned and will absolutely not be using her services again. If you are a client, check with the IRS to see if your taxes were filed and accepted by the IRS. 3 taxes were rejected which we were never notified of.. claiming she mailed them in but has not provided any valid documentation that they were mailed to the IRS with the corrections to the errors made by quick tax. Very disappointed and disgusted with how non challantly she has handled this matter or not handled this matter I should say.
