Much of it is overpriced, but the sales (which seem to happen with surprising regularity) are real deals: typically buy-one-get-one-half-off, or buy-one-get-one-free. They do have some really nice merchandise here, and I've picked up a few things over the years that have become staples: a pair of oversize sunglasses, a bathing suit or two, a sweet floral sundress, and a much beloved Muskoka baseball cap I finally had to replace this summer after one too many sweaty hikes and afternoons by the pool. Fortunately, the Muskoka cap seems to be a signature item at Willys, always available in a huge variety of colors. Willys accessories are also really fun, costume jewelry you'd pair with your Halloween getup or a cocktail dress: peacock feather earrings, hot pink Lucite bracelets, rhinestone skull-and-crossbones pendants. Accessories are more reasonably priced, and every time I come in they've been buy-one-get-one-free. As cheesy as Willys is, I always stop by a few times a summer. And I always find *something* I just can't leave without.

That's where my good experience ends. I brought my car March 7th 2023 to have my steering looked at. They discovered the problem and told me the steering rack was on order but it may be delayed fine i get that. Fast forward a couple months my wife called the dealership multiple times to ask about the part and every time she was rudely told we will call you when it's in. Finally I called and left a message for the service manager with no reply. I waited a little bit tried again and again no reply. At this point its nov 2023 Iand i still havent heard anything about my car so I try to text John one more time on the 20th to no avail. Finally I decided I'm done being ignored and I call my sales guy there to voice my complaint who passes it to the service manager who finally returns my call only to tell me he has no idea what happened with the part he ordered for me almost a year ago but he will order another. At this point im frustrated but i can let it go. So I wait a couple weeks for the call which suprise suprise never comes. I call the manager again who suprinsingly answers and tells me to text a number to set up my appointment because "its easier". So I do just that reply comes back quick with friday but of course being from out of town I need to ensure I have enough time to get there so I try to clarify a time and ask if Im going to be receiving a loaner car since I dont want to sit at the dealership and if it's going to be all day or not to which I don't receive a reply so I try again still no reply. It took me calling and asking for the gm before a nice service worker Named Jordan made sure I was set up and had a loaner ready. Honestly I wish my sales experience outweighed my service experience but unfortunatly the service manager there has no business being a manager and I will never be returning my car to this dealership and in 2 years of driving my brand new car my steering has been messed up for a year and a half. Their silver chains are not overpriced - which they could be, because if you've committed to the charm, you've likely already decided that the cost of the chain doesn't matter all that much. But, it's better quality than Walmart at a very similar price. And, with far more options. They have a number of different designs they rotate through, and there have been some that I wanted but didn't get at the right time. Sometimes I see what I want on a necklace, but as earrings. Though, I suspect I could just make a request? That said, there's always been something else that caught my eye. It makes a great memento of Canada, and the North.
