I spoke to the manager, literally at the front of the store where there was a large Fitbit promotion area. He said "we don't sell enough of these so I cannot help you" to figure out what has gone wrong or assist in contacting Fitbit. He is promoting a product he does not care to understand or stand by at least to attempt to figure out the problem.

My dad has a cell phone with Bell and they were looking to perhaps switch to another company add a second phone so they could each have one. Easy right? Wrong! My parents are elderly, don't speak much english and technologically illiterate... and if that wasn't enough to warrant my help, my mom asked me "can I get a Blue Tube for the Lp3 player?" We went to all of the four telecom companies and Rogers by far had the most attentive service and best prices. Our associate Charlene was ridiculously patient, nice and very helpful. She answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed by my constant translation to mom & dad. In the end we switched all my parents' services to Rogers and got them new cell phones. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and I couldn't have asked for better.

The accounts were perfect for us. As we are both seniors we appreciated that Derek was patient with our limited awareness re cell phones and took the time to explain the plans clearly to us. His friendly attitude reflects well on the store and we feel confident that should we need anything more he will be able to advise us. We were also impressed with the availability of a variety of phones and accessories. We highly recommend Derek and the Zehrs Mobile Shop.

Explornet Satellite Internet installation…read more After telling the installer I wanted it mounted on the outside wall I came back to find him on the roof. I figured there must be a reason and left him to it. The next day I looked at the installation and found he drilled through my shingles! They drilled two unused holes through the shingles and roof and dabbed them with silicone. I called the manager (Avery) and he just said "okay". I asked is that how they install all of them by drilling through peoples roofs and he said, "well it depends on the installation." I told him that my roof now has holes in it and it will leak and he said, "okay". I then asked "what happened now? and he tells me that "I'll pass it up to the bossman". I asked when he would be doing it and he said he doesn't know. He would not/could not give me a time line on when he would be dealing with it, he did not have any concern or regret just kept saying "okay". This is the worst installation of anything I have ever seen and to make matters worse - they just don't care. Literally, they don't feel one way or another about it - just don't care. Update: I have since had the owner get in touch with me. At first he seemed eager to rectify the problem but after a few emails abruptly told me he sent my emails to Explornet and basically, I'm on my own. I let him know that I would follow up in small claims court and he did not even bother to respond. Explornet contacted me sometime later and is trying to work it out with the dealer - otherwise it'll go to court. Bottom line - you had better be very sure you lay down the ground rules before having an installation. this was a very bad experience for me.
