It's a little difficult to find if you're not used to the area. You can get to the clinic by walking through the very busy and crowded Shopper's Drug Mart. Forewarning - some of the clientele is sketchy. Hold your purses close and hide your devices. I had someone who was clearly high lingering around seemingly stalking me. I walked into the clinic without an appointment and it was madness. The girl at the front desk was stressed while some ignorant man was yelling at her. Being an admin or receptionist is a thankless job at times. I don't know what people hope to achieve by yelling at staff. It just makes things worse for everyone else involved. I was advised the wait would be at least 1.5 hours. So I went next door to Shoppers and got an older prescription filled. That took way longer than it should have. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes but I waited over an hour. I'll be leaving a scathing review for Shoppers next. Once that was finished I wandered back into the clinic next door. Imagine my surprise that it was completely empty. The girl at the front desk managed to get me in with zero wait time and I was in and out of my appointment in less than 10 minutes. All in all, the staff were friendly and the doctor was helpful. Pros: friendly staff, professional service Cons: long wait times, cash only for medical notes - this could always be improved.

They even brought out a toy chest where my son was able to pick up 3 little Toys. They did their best to make him comfortable during this very traumatic moment. I've always found it easy to get an appointment with my doctor, but when she has been unavailable, I've seen other doctors at the clinic (at least four) and been comfortable with them all. Since all my charts and files are kept at the clinic, whichever doctor I see has my history there, and my regular GP can access them next time I see her. The thing I love the most about this clinic is that it is also a walk in, and my doctor reserves a couple of walk in spots a day for her regular patients. When I have had need of walk in services, I've been able to call the clinic when it opens and often get a quick visit with my doctor. I hate going to the doctor, so if I like a clinic, it's worth sharing!

Whenever you have questions, they are very short with you and give you very little information. Today I went in for a 9:15am appointment and I was told to come half an hour open. When I showed up at 8:45, the door was still locked! The receptionist finally came to open the door for me, but I was confused as to what I was doing there so early. I wasn't brought into the exam room until 9:30 and my doctor didn't see me until 10:00am, a full 45 minutes after my appointment time. I was super frustrated.
