The male Dr. That was working there on July 31st was fantastic. He made my child feel Very comfortable and listened to him and me about what happened. He informed me exactly what he wanted to do for my son. He ended up having to get a stitch to a gash on the right side of head and this dr and the assisting nurse were amazing. They even brought out a toy chest where my son was able to pick up 3 little Toys. They did their best to make him comfortable during this very traumatic moment. I've always found it easy to get an appointment with my doctor, but when she has been unavailable, I've seen other doctors at the clinic (at least four) and been comfortable with them all. Since all my charts and files are kept at the clinic, whichever doctor I see has my history there, and my regular GP can access them next time I see her. The thing I love the most about this clinic is that it is also a walk in, and my doctor reserves a couple of walk in spots a day for her regular patients. When I have had need of walk in services, I've been able to call the clinic when it opens and often get a quick visit with my doctor. I hate going to the doctor, so if I like a clinic, it's worth sharing!

That being said -- I can't stand the receptionists here. They are really rude, barely give you a smile when you walk in the door. Whenever you have questions, they are very short with you and give you very little information. Also, it does not seem to matter if I make an appointment early in the day, or at the last appointment spot, I am always kept waiting. Today I went in for a 9:15am appointment and I was told to come half an hour open. When I showed up at 8:45, the door was still locked! The receptionist finally came to open the door for me, but I was confused as to what I was doing there so early. I wasn't brought into the exam room until 9:30 and my doctor didn't see me until 10:00am, a full 45 minutes after my appointment time. I was super frustrated.
