He quickly showed me the gym, and it was amazing. Great workout area, boxing ring and two matted areas for Jiu Jitsu, striking or other martial arts training. What stood out was how clean the whole gym was. From the mats to the restrooms I could tell that the team there cares about the facility! Class was well ran and everyone was on task and training hard the entire time. The coaches were always walking around and available for one on one help with the techniques. The other students were great! When rolling began i felt like I was apart of the team. I visit gyms across the country when I travel, and I would rate them as one of the best gyms I have been to. The programs offered at the Gung Fu Institute are flexible enough so that you aren't paying for classes you don't want. For example, if you don't want to spar, then you don't have to pay for the sparring class, same goes for grappling.
