I sent the…read morefacility an email and received a response the same day saying that I could attend the class from Tylor. When I arrived. Coach Brian greeted me as I walked in. He quickly showed me the gym, and it was amazing. Great workout area, boxing ring and two matted areas for Jiu Jitsu, striking or other martial arts training. What stood out was how clean the whole gym was. From the mats to the restrooms I could tell that the team there cares about the facility! Class was well ran and everyone was on task and training hard the entire time. The coaches were always walking around and available for one on one help with the techniques. The other students were great! When rolling began i felt like I was apart of the team. I visit gyms across the country when I travel, and I would rate them as one of the best gyms I have been to. My friend and I really enjoyed it and ended up pushing ourselves more than we expected thanks to how motivating the group and instructor were. We felt comfortable the whole time, and it made for a really good workout. The class was really well structured and super easy to follow. Safety and proper form were clearly a priority, and Zee gave individual attention throughout the session to make sure everyone was doing the exercises correctly and getting the most out of the workout. The gym itself was very nice, and since you're so focused on the workout, the class flies by so fast!

This facility is extremely family oriented. Actually, most if not all of their members are families. They have a program for each age range. The have a tiny Ninjas for the smaller kids, and all ages and they even have an after school program. They are not just limited to martial arts as they also provide self defense classes. For adults they have Taekwondo, combat classes and a kickfit class. You are able to choose how many days a week you would like to go, and they also have different times. They truly believe everyone can train! Overall, this is an amazing facility and they welcome everyone with open arms. If you child needs some encouragement, or help socializing this is the place for him or her.
